We had a terrible experience with our move from Oregon to Florida. Promises were made for a smooth, no worry move but that was not the case. We had several items broken due to rough, careless handling. The claims process was a joke and we ended up having to go to arbitration!!! Very disappointing and stressful.

I would highly recommend Suddath to anyone moving near or far. From Steve's initial communication and to Bonnie, who was there for us during the entire move, this was our best moving experience yet. Alfonso and his crew took great care to wrap and move our belongings as if they were their own. Thank you Suddath team for a great moving experience!

Of all the moves I’ve made within the US (7); this is by far is the best group. Last minute move was scheduled flawlessly; very professional, intelligent, organized packers and movers. Carmelo and Johnny deserve a 10. They are consistently organized, diligent in packing and moving; as well as in delivery. Definitely will be using them for my daughter’s move.

This company dinged up a designer table purchased at Room & Board. They will respond to claims within 60 days, and they will offer you payment. Be aware, they will not provide even close to the damage incurred during the move. I had a Room & Board dining table that was irreparably damaged and they offered me 300 bucks for it. The table cost 2400 dollars, and I was told by Suddath that the table was still "usable". Additionally, I had an Artemide lamp damaged during the move and offered 150 bucks for it. If you have nice stuff, do not trust this company. If you shop at IKEA, or other budget brand furniture stores you will probably fall within their ability to reimburse you.

Finest crew I’ve ever moved with. Very meticulous, careful, friendly, courteous. They handled our move out and move in with the same crew and did not damage anything. Excellent care and work ethic. Highly recommend!

Used their services to move us from Michigan to Oregon, apartment and vehicles, one of the vehicles got heavily damaged when they broke the oil pan which as you imagine screw the engine when my wife tried to use it! They claim is normal use damage to the car which is BS, following through BBB.org on a complaint and weighting pursuing legal action against them

Moving tip: if your local company partners with Suddath, beware. They were on the loading and packing side of my recent move out of Miami, FL and did a horrible job packing my things but also in the loading the truck crates. So far, nothing is broken but books were severely dented and bent. A mattress cover wasn't even packed but merely wrapped in a moving cloth (who knows when or if it was ever washed), the "parts" box was not in a box but again wrapped in cloth (who does that?), legs were removed when they didn't need to be making assembly very difficult, small empty boxes were cataloged instead of being placed in a larger box, the crate with the larger items seemed to be thrown in without any thought (this comes from the delivery side movers) and lots of complaining the entire time while packing. I didn't give a 1 star because nothing was broken but I'll be sure to update if so!

I recently had to manage a move for my company office in Coral Cables, FL. We chose Suddath as our move and decommission (of old space) vendor. Their quote was very competitive. The sales person was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. I planned on it taking until about 10pm and we were all done by 730pm. The crew was great. The decommission also went very well. Thanks so much!
