AWEFUL SERVICE!!! MOST HORRIBLE BANKING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LADY YANET, I been doing this for 13 years, I’m not a child!!! Her exact words, after I had to walk away from her. If you are going to this branch, prepare for EVERYONE there to know what you are discussing with the banker. VERY RUDE service, my petition to her got rejected like 5 times after waiting 40 mins after the appointment and she didn’t even let me explain. No manager in the branch, BEEN BANKING WITH TRUIST FOR OVER 6 years, wanted to open 2 Bussines accounts. Had to go to another bank across the street.

WORST WORST WORST BANK I’VE EVER HAD. THEY HELD MY CHECK DEPOSIT FOR 10 DAYS WITHOUT EXPLANATION. RUINED MY CREDIT AND PUT ME IN DEBT. STAY AWAY!!
