Went here for the first time on Sunday, it was nice that they were able to take me right away. However, I got such an aggressive pedicure that my toe is so swollen after. It’s throbbing in pain two days later. The same guy did my manicure and you could never tell. He did a great job on my manicure but my pedicure looks messy and is already chipping, plus with injuring me… I doubt I’ll be returning

Tammy the owner is rude.
The nail tech who did my nails was inexperienced so much that My nails starting lifting 2 days later.
I Do not recommend. Stay away if you don't want to waste your time or money.

I had confirmed appointment with MIMIE, when I came she claimed that she don’t have me on her schedule, even though I showed her the confirmation email the spa sent me she didn’t care . Honestly, the most important thing is to show some empathy, which she didn’t !! She didn’t even apologize or offered to schedule another appointment with her for a different day ! She just walked away like I am a stranger! I have been coming to MIMIE for almost a year and a half and sent her so many costumer ! But I guess can’t trust her to give me the service I scheduled for. I had a wedding the same day and I had to walked out with such a bad nails ! So if you have any special occasions,, please DO NOT RELAY on her never ! She will treat you like you are nothing! It’s a shame !!

I got my nails done on Thursday, and by Sunday, the gel was already coming off two of them. I went back on Monday to get them fixed, and the owner took care of it, but they ended up looking even worse than before. I didn’t say anything because her attitude is not friendly, and the place is so dirty that I didn’t want to spend another minute there. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend it.

My experience at Tammy nail was very strange because, generally, I never get my nails done, nor does my daughter. But for the first time, I wanted to try getting gel nails done for my daughter. To begin with, the Asian lady seemed upset, and I didn’t see her clean the tools. I politely asked if she could clean them in front of me, and she told me they don't cut cuticles, they just remove them. Still, I believe that anything that touches the skin should be disinfected. Her attitude was very serious, unfriendly, and unhelpful. She didn’t seem willing to assist. She did my daughter's nails in just 10 minutes, didn’t clean or wash them beforehand. She barely filed them for a minute. She applied the colors without asking if I liked them or offering any input, just did whatever she wanted. I had shown her a picture of the design we wanted, but she seemed dismissive and in a bad mood.
After that, I asked her to please add the design lines, but she said my daughter's nails were too short, which I could understand. She then sent her over to a Cuban lady to finish the nails. By the way, the Cuban lady was very sweet, kind, and friendly. I have no complaints about her. She did the lines, but the other lady scolded her in front of us, with no tact or kindness, which I found very sad and humiliating.
After everything, I had to pay $35 plus $5 in tip, and I gave $3 cash. The next day, one of my daughter’s nails lifted, and another flew off. In the end, the nails only lasted one day. Honestly, I didn’t like the experience at all at this place.
The design look totally unprofessional.

Used to go to Amy one of the nail techniques over two years every other week trying not to talk too much and keep a low profile but the last time I just mention that one of the nails did not look perfect start throwing a tantrum and being very mean rude and unprofessional Was surprised that the owner excepted it and recognised it as a normal behaviour

The man at the front desk was very nice. I have never been there before and stopped in. He was polite and got me started right away. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly, did a great job, and the pedicure was reasonably priced as well. I will be back in for sure.

Will never come back. Service is horrible, the stuff doesn’t understand fluent English. I don’t recommend anyone to use this place
