I walked in for my first ever acrylic nail appointment and expected about 60-70 dollars for a set. The lady that did my nails did an absolutely mediocre job, the lines are messy and the only "art" part of it was the heart in the middle and even that she managed to mess up. Imagine my shock when I am asked to pay 130 dollars for what I can only describe as what looks like Claire's Press-ons. I paid and left but my god I am never going back, every part of that from the terrible unevenness of the nails to the shaky nail art and the inability to even shape my nails correctly was awful.

I LOVE TIFFANY'S Terri always greets me with a warm hello and wonderful smile. Once I'm at the nail station he quickly brings me a coffee with whipped cream and all. What a treat. He also handles the scheduling with great care. He accommodates with ease. They offer mani, pedi's, hair services with Stephanie, waxing and there's even a small clothing store in case you need something quick for a night out (Alona is the store name). My nail tech is officially Yas, she's amazing. She's alway kind, her station is clean, she takes her time and is a perfectionist. What I like best is that if I have no clue what I want she'll put her talent to work and whip something up that I love. She always offers any new design she's been working on. Everyone is always so wonderful it's a pleasure to go.

I was a walk-in at this salon and I had a first class experience. Terry at the front desk was professional and had a very pleasant personality. He was able to fit me in for my manicure in a very short amount of time. I was fortunate to get Marta Garcia, who gave me the best manicure I've ever have. She is gracious and had a very pleasant personality as well. Congrats on the leadership of this team and for the way you made me feel. I look forward to being your new patron.

So I’ve been going back and forth about if I should leave a review, or not. I’ve decided I must. I hadn’t gotten my nails done here since they switched management. I went June 2nd for a mani and pedi. The salon was clean and my nail technician was the sweetest woman. However, she destroyed my nails. I purposefully only get regular/traditional manicures because gel destroys my nails. They always peel and have a whole breakdown after gel. Whatever my nail tech did to my nails caused the same reaction as gel manicures. My nails are peeling and they bend back all the way to the middle with the slightest touch when typically, my nails are so strong bc they cut glass, lol. It’s been a month and a half since that manicure and my nails are still a disaster. The attached photos are from today (a month and a half after cutting them super short, painting with nail strengthener, and cuticle oil massages. Save yourself. Do not go here. It’s NOT the same.Services: Pedicures

This place is Amazing! Excellent customer , the people working here really take care of me. The prices are really good compare to other places, BEST nail salon in south Miami. They use good products that make my pedicure and manicure last. Also very clean compare to others. Their loyalty card really works and their weekly deals make it worth the drive from homestead . Me and my girlfriends come here religiously. Which is crazy to see the reviews that say the opposite. Everyone here is polite , professional and really cater to their customers.Services: Manicures

Nails at Tiffany's have raised their prices beyond an acceptable amount. It used to be $35 for a basic mani-pedi. It's now $50!

Let me start with the woman they have playing manager is such a POOR representation of the business. I made an appointment that I had to miss unfortunately, due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. I called the salon to ask if there is anyway I can come in today, apologizing when I first got on the phone about missing it, she proceeded to laugh and say “ No you missed your appointment and I’m supposed to charge $25 for missing. “ I kindly explained to her that I was sorry I missed my appointment but at NO point in time did anyone tell me about a cancellation policy. She sarcastically says to me” honey it’s in the confirmation text me we send out to you” which it is not. She told me no I don’t have any time today I have a wait list, I said ok and hung up the phone. I was so bothered I looked for confirmation text because I don’t think it’s fair to suddenly spring on someone a cancellation fee when she did not mention it to me AT ALL when I booked my appointment. Once I found the text I called back to purely explain to the manager that the text message doesn’t not mention anything about a fee. She picked up the phone and as soon as I begin to talk she cuts me off over and over again. She then proceeded to say “ what do you want” “ you missed your appointment already what do you want”. I tell her I’m trying to just explain that the text doesn’t say anything about a fee and she begins getting rude and nasty with me. She starts to tell me she doesn’t care what I have to say I have to take it up with the NEW owners. She thens says “ I don’t know if it’s your first time here or what but that’s what it is I don’t care what you say.” What kind of service is that ? It’s unfortunate she is representing the NEW owners in such a disgusting way. I had only been there one time, I liked the work and wanted to go back. But with a disgusting attitude like that from MANAGEMENT I have no desire to go back. It makes you question how many OTHER customers she has done this to that just don’t speak up or say anything about it. It’s sad to think because of her disgusting attitude the new owners will loose business and the woman who did my nails so lovely the first time will loose clientele. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a single soul unless you enjoy being disrespected.Service: Gel manicure

I went for a polish change, 4 days after my scheduled mani/pedi with my nail lady for years (not at Tiffany's)... I was charged $60 for gel change mani and regular pedi. I was in shock!!!!! And honestly it wasn't even an amazing job. Never again
