First of all no customer service from the cashiers ringing you up. No Greeting or anything they just go right away and ask for ID. I’m the one purchasing the alcohol and my pregnant wife is next to me and they also ask her for ID. She’s obviously not drinking the alcohol or even purchasing it so why does she have to present ID? We tell him that it’s in the car and he says well you’re going to have to get it. If it’s a store policy that they have. Which is ridiculous cause are you going to ask my 8 year old sister if she goes with me for ID? You can explain it to the customer as to how it’s a store policy or whatever it is. No have a nice day or anything after we left, just gave us the receipt and looked at us. Obviously we have more courtesy and manners than they do. We weren’t as unmannered as them and told them to have a nice day. I’m not coming here again.

I love shopping here but I just had to ask for help and the first person actually told me that he was already leaving work and couldn't do it and the second person told me that as soon as he finished what he was doing he could help me. It is important to note that the help I was asking for is because the bottles were very far back and they have not noticed that anyone cannot reach a bottle. I really always consider that the cost is important and I don't have to know if you are leaving or entering. Very bad experience.

I went to return a bottle that was given to me for a store credit because I did not have access to the original payment and I let the employee Beatriz know, she made a mistake and returned the money to the original payment which I had told her not to do. , leaving me without the $200 bottle or the credit, manager Alba only knew how to apologize for the mistake but without providing any solution, in the end I was the one harmed by the mistake of these people.

Stay away on a Saturday night 15 people in line and one register open. I went to do a return and pick up an online order. The guy literally told me that the only way to return anything is to stand in line with 15 people waiting. I explained to them that I was gonna leave them a bad review because I don’t feel that I should have to wait 30 minutes to do a return. The employees replied it doesn’t matter if you was a bad review there’s nothing we’re gonna do about it anyway. They continue to tell me that it’s like this every Saturday night here. Terrible terrible service.

A male cashier insisted on getting the ID of my 22 year old friend who is with me but left her ID at home. I had mine (I am 21 years old) but it wasn’t enough. I’ve never heard of a policy like that. If a mother and younger daughter walked in so mom can buy some wine will they ask the ID of the little girl? Absolutely ridiculous.

A company with a huge variety of products. Tragic that it does not have a package for 2 bottles of wine. And even more tragic is the treatment of the young man at the checkout. Not a good place to buy something as a gift.

The manager is the worst. They refused to sell me 2 cases of whisky because they assumed that I was going to resell them. Just horrible costumer service at the store. The created a false policy in my face in order to refuse the sell to me. Just unbelievable how they treat costumers. This is all after they made a mistake and sent me a delivery with the wrong wine.
