I brought my schnauzer in for a hair cut. A schnauzer cut. They (Danny) did a wonderful job. I took him back the next time and was told that he had (2) small matted areas and needed too have the hair cut short in that area, but could still get his schnauzer cut. When I went to pick him up the owner was not there and I was given him by one of the persons that work there who spoke VERY little English. My dog was cut NOTHING like a schnauzer! I telephoned the owner and she gave a dry apologize,but did nothing more than that. Mind you they did such a good job the first time I pre-paid for his SCHNAUZER cut. But that’s not what I got. I then asked her so how much is a shaved down cut like what was given to him and she said “oh it’s the same price”. Needless to say I took him back again to give them another try. This time he had a cut on his heel. They messed up his beard (it was one sided) and they COMPLETELY shaved him down like a grey hound! The owner pretended to be this super nice person in the beginning, but I’m finding out something different. I asked her how much for the hair cut because it was not a schnauzer cut and again she said &75. The price is the same. I will never take my dog back there again! If she would have been apologetic and adjusted the price, ( mind you this is the second incident) I would not be writing this. Consumers need to be aware. Business owner’s need to realize that the same service they expect when they become customers, is what their customers want too. Accountability, a sincere apology and a fair and honest resolution. In life the same way we treat people is how we will one day be treated…. Don’t take your dog here,

My dog (a picky client) LOVED this place, she’s now been groomed with 2 different people and she looks adorable every time. She actually gets happy when she walks in, which says a lot!

I recently got my dog Rico groomed here for the first time and the team was fantastic! They were so nice and did a great job keeping him calm and happy. I will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love the staff here . Ive been bringing my pup here for a fee years now and was really upset when they closed their original location but so happy they returned . Would not go anywhere else !!!

Always leave my cats here when I have to leave out of town! The staff is always extremely helpful! And I know my cats love it here! It is also great that they have a camera so you can see your cat when you are away and they aren't boarded in small boarding areas rather a large room where they can play with toys, other cats, and has plenty of cat towers and things to climb on! Would never send my cats anywhere else! Super thankful for Waggle brothers and so are Kaia and Rio (the kitty's). 10/10

Please fix camera 3! I've asked multiple times. My pup is always placed in that room and I can't see him because the camera is blurred every time. Why is it such an issue to fix it? I pay for an app so I can see him and I am unable to. Please.

Coco has been going to Waggle Bros Pet Resort for years. He is now 14 years old and needs a bit of extra care due to his eye sight and hearing. I just picked up Mr Coco after being away for 2 weeks. It was the happiest I've seen him in years! If you are a pet owner, I'm sure you can relate to a bit of anxiety every time you have to leave your dog or cat when you travel. With Waggle Bros, I can leave the anxiety at the door! It is such a great feeling to know he is getting the extra care and attention he needs, while also having a great time playing with his new friends. I can not thank Waggle Bros and their staff enough for providing this type of care. Pets are a part of the family, and Waggle Bros treats them that way! Thank you Waggle Bros!!! 5 Stars!

We love Waggle Brothers! Everett and Maria are amazing along with the rest of the staff. They love our furbaby Edgar and he will be celebrating his 10th birthday and 10 years of fun at Waggle Brothers next week. We are confident that he is so well cared for while we are away!

the worst place ever for your dog!!! I’ve been their client for a couple of months only, but every time I’ve been, they wanted to shave my dog!!! And I went every three weeks!!! All they want to do to your dog is their « puppy cut” as they call it!!! Please find another place !!!!!!
