Had a problem with our 2022 Jaguar iPace EV and had it towed to Warren Henry because of previous satisfactory service there—even though the Palm Beach Jag dealer would have been closer. The car was completely dead so I thought it would be in the shop for an extended stay, but they were able to fix it within 24 hours! Throughout the time it was there I received good communication and updates from Claudio, the Service Manager. After it was returned, there was a small piece that had fallen off and they actually sent their service tech Jason to my home to fix it. While he was here Jason answered questions I had about the car in a clear, simple manner that was easily understandable. Anyone buying an EV should seriously consider this dealer because having service personnel who understand them is critical. Fantastic service experience!

Best service until the car was purchased. The day of the pickup I came in to pickup my preowned high end BMWs and realized the carpets where missing . I brought it up to the sales associate at the moment and he mentioned they must of forgotten them at the detail bay that he would check . After 4 days reminding him he said carpets are not included but that the parts department was going to get in contact with bmw and obtain them for me . It has since then been 3 weeks and have sent multiple messages and phone calls and have yet to hear a response . I have leased a jaguar ftype in the past and have always considered them my go to but what a way to tarnish a relationship for $100.00 carpets . very dissapointing to say the least .

I cannot commend my sales associate, Abraham Segile, more highly for the service he provided! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from my first call through the purchase of my car (and he checked in again 2 days later to make sure all was well).
I also would like to give a shout out to Brandon Capon, the finance manager. He worked with me and handled the finance transaction with kindness, levity, and made the purchase stress free.
The entire experience was seamless, enjoyable (I never thought I’d ever say THAT that about a car purchase) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience and my purchase.
P.s. if you have Abraham as your sales associate, you MUST ask him to show you his “car -dancing” videos!

Stay away, far away…pressured for a deal last week after an exhaustive search w$995 closing fee. After giving in to purchase at their asking price & the $995 & approved, they would not sell the car to me upon inspection as I would be flying in to drive back in 8 days! Bought my retirement car 2 days later! Terri le experience

I had an amazing experience here making my first luxury car purchase. German helped me get a great deal on a Porsche Cayenne. He patiently worked with me throughout the entire process and provided an excellent level of communication respect and understanding. The dealership even took care of the entire delivery process. I had an amazing experience with the GM, salesperson, and dealership. Thank you all so much!

This dealership is so horrible to deal with , arrogant and rude- harassed me to bring car in for two recalled parts and then didn’t even have them - but found a way to charge me a grand for servicing my car . Disgusting.
