It is so shameful that there is nothing positive that I can write about this store. The condition of the store is extremely poor, the produce is horrible and the service is even worse. They constantly have wrong prices on the items and most of the cashier's are not just rude but disrespectful! Yesterday my cashier Dora was just down right disrespectful when I questioned a price of an item. Not only did she have an attitude but she just stood there and said well that's the price. Thankfully the manager passed by at that moment and I went with another associate to see the item in the isle, it was incorrectly priced by the store, so the store had to honor it. The point is there is no need for clients to be treated rudely or be disrespected especially when the store constantly has items marked incorrectly. This is a pretty small store, there is no reason why it should be dingy and dirty looking. The ambiance is not inviting at all. It's a store surrounded by good neighborhoods it's just shameful.

Today I went to Fresco to buy an envelope that had the plastic bubble inside they did not have but the manager offered one to me that she had inside the office . This action tell me everything about a person , she is probably a fantastic employee and a fantastic example of what is customer service. For sure she is a nice person in and out. She went above and beyond to make me happy . Definitely I will be back and shop at this place. Thank you , you make my day.

Every Fresco y mas reminds me of why I hate going to fresco y mas. How difficult is it to have enough staff to accommodate the lunch rush? There's one lady attending everybody and when I finally get to order my medianoche.. one day is telling the other one in Spanish "look how he looking at you. Make it like that".. I told her I understand what you're saying and when I finally got my sandwich, the cheese was still cold. Not melted except for at the edge.. dumb ass miserable bitches. Hate this place. Luckily there's a panini press at my job so those ladies ca eat a dick

The product offering they have is very good for the niche they are tailoring to, but 0 customer service. Every time I go there there's a customer service issue. The last time; Tried to ask someone if they had rosemary and when I finally found someone who spoke English... they called the intercom for help in that section. Waiting 10 minutes and no one came. Very frustrating.

My morning ritual practically every day. I go for the chicken croqueta and the slice of tortilla Espanola, Yun so good and fresh. Which I would totally recommend. I get greeted at the door with a smile And a have a nice day at the end.

We ordered a mushroom cheese steak sub, specifically stating no onions or peppers. The sandwich we received had no mushrooms, very little meat, loaded with onions and peppers. We will not be ordering from there again.

I am never surprised at the poor condition this store is in. The fruit is almost always overripe especially the watermelon. The bananas are either green or yellow brown, very little in between. What shocked me a bit more than usual was the blue mold throughout a bag of shredded cheese. I only go here because it's so close. If there was a public or Winn Dixie any closer, I would never step foot in this dump. I know this was a Winn Dixie and the quality was still as poor so I have to assume it's the management's fault. The Winn Dixie on coral and 32 is a beautiful and clean and quality store. I was told by a former manager from Fresco that they get lesser quality food than the main Winn Dixie stores. I believe it. The fruit is smaller and definitely less quality.

Ever since it came out (again) that Publix has been donating massive amounts of money to the Jan. 6, 2021 "Stop the Steal" rally in Washington, D.C. & Desantis, I've been boycotting & looking for a new place to shop. Decided to check out Fresco y Mas & while it's no Publix, I did love their produce section & the employees were very nice. Unfortunately, there were not as many options nor did they have a lot of the brands (mostly vegan & meat/cheese alternatives) as I had hoped. Will continue to shop here for the for foreseeable future but not gonna lie... I miss P.

Honestly like shopping for some groceries here.its not expensive, you find a lot of Latin flavor ingredients, always have great prices plus with my points, I always get lower prices on some items. If you are grocery shopping on a budget, recomend visiting. You will find a lot of items that you weren't even looking for to create a great meal. I love that I find Pan Sobao from Los Cidrines here and Cheese Whiz.

I just stopped for some cilantro when I noticed it was just a giant pile of cilantro with a few wrapped in rubber bands. I am expected to dig through this mess? Get your act together. Always an issue with this store. Retrain your staff from management all the way down. Shameful.

Very dirty and run down. Produce is cheap but half way out the door when it comes to shelf life. Sometimes I'll stop in to grab something if I'm in a pinch but it's needing updates.

I like this place. It was very cheap so I wasn't expecting much. It's basically like Winn-Dixie but it has local ethnic food fitting in the neighborhood. It's not a big store so it's not a wide selection.

Right so I just bought "cachucha" peppers from here because I've never seen them in the U.S after getting here from Cuba, and cachuchas go really well with beans, so I was pretty excited about that right? So I get home and chop these up and start making a sofrito, I accidentally touched the inside of my nose and next thing I know I was writhing in pain from the spice of these things. So not only did I ruin my beans with extremely spicy peppers, but my nose and mouth were burning for three hours straight, I had to use medicated ointment to stop the pain and swelling. Apparently it's extremely common for U.S. stores to confuse scotch bonnet peppers, which is what I bought thinking they were "cachucha peppers " as the store label stated. This store is selling extremely spicy peppers labeled as sweet Caribbean peppers. I am at a loss for words here. Good riddance and good night.
