I bought a 14k necklace with warranty (thankfully) that had multiple issues in 4 month span, and every time I came there for the warranty claim, they went above and beyond to solve my issue in best way possible. Sure you pay premium for their 14k necklaces, but you pay for their services as well. I was there yesterday 08.06.25 and if I got their names right it was Anita and Ray that helped me out, and also 1 mor employee was there ( guilty for not being good with names), all super friendly and amazing staff. Highly recommend this location.
