I have never been to a gas station that charges a $1 for ice when you bring your own cup until now. Cheap and unfriendly. Why would I buy gas at a place like this?

I don't usually post reviews, but my experience at this gas station was so awful that I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. My husband parked our car to the side so we could rest and get gas. While he was resting, I had to use the bathroom twice. The second time, the owner lordly told me not to use the bathroom again because it wasn't a public restroom. I couldn't believe someone was treating me so rudely. I explained to him that we were just going to get gas, but he continued speaking to me in a disrespectful tone. We left without getting gas. What an unpleasant experience. 0 star

This station is conveniently located next to the interstate. 4STARS for being able to gas up quickly and hop back on I10. Reducing 1STAR for building's outside appearance and cleanliness. Not inviting at all.

My car was overheated and it wouldn't start I told the owner to give me five minutes for my car to cool down he called me name's and took pictures of my car. Don't go to this gas station to expect getting kind services

My car wouldn’t start and I was stuck at the pump and the guy was VERY VERY rude expected me a 16 year old girl to push the car myself because I was “effecting his business” … like we aren’t at a gas station in the middle of no where. And when I find him the tow people where on the way he still called his tow people and had my car towed away.

Watch out. If you are Canadian and you have to put a deposit down, because the pump requires a zip code. They charge you your deposit AND the fuel. I never got my credit back. I should have checked my credit card statement right away. I had an argument with the cashier, she did not want to give me back my credit card slip...that's because she already knew she was going to pull this trick.

There was no gas left at the station, they came at night and took $75 from my account to scan my card and did not refund it. There is not even one person who comes to this station and is satisfied. I request the authorities to close this place

This place is dishonesty and untrustworthy. I doubt they read their reviews because they are so arrogant and rude. I would rather get hit by a freight truck on the highway than come here and patronize them.
Here’s what happened: traveling to Gainesville late to make it to a wedding. We blow a tire off the highway and manage to safely get off to this gas station. We go inside and speak to the owner Sonny, about our situation - how we have open tire places on Sunday, and if possible if we could pay to leave our vehicle on his property until Monday/Tuesday. He agrees to the terms. We manage to get a ride and attend the wedding, and when Monday morning rolls in to check on the vehicle, the cashier lets us know that it’s still there. We needed to order tires and asked if we could pay One more day to keep the vehicle there, and she agrees. Tuesday morning we go to bring tires and we find it has been towed. Towed since Monday, we even called and said if there were any problems to let us know. The day we actually spoke with an employee who confirmed another day, and agreed to take our money!
We now have to pay $550 to get it out from impound. Owner won’t come out and give us answers, just keeps saying call “Superior Towing.” These owners are cut from the same cloth. If you ever need help, god forbid you ask anyone on the side of the road for help, let alone these people.
