Randy was a pleasure to work with. He helped us transition to a smaller unit with ease. Gave us five days to move from one unit to another. We only needed two days, but it was nice knowing if need be we would have more time.

The entire process was quick and easy. I was able to rent and pay for my unit online. I received all the information via email including my unit number, contract, and gate code. The prices are awesome and very affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once I rented my unit, they called to provide all the information. You can buy supplies in the office, even locks, if you need one. This is a one-stop shop.

They also have the best rates in town and I have never had this kind of customer service. I won’t rent anywhere else. Jess was truly the reason we rented.

Paid my rent, provided a copy of my insurance but cannot access my storage after hours and have to wait 48 hours to see the on-site manager. Good thing that it wasn't an emergency.

Just became new customer today. I willbe storing my RV there. Jessica was extremely accommodating today and I feel my RV is in a safe location under lock and key. Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to my previous location. A little further to travel to access it but I feel its well worth it. Only time will tell.
