While visiting Florida, I happened into this really neat store. The manager seemed very good, and the cashier, Joey was so helpful! He even gave me a complimentary shopping bag for my purchased items.
I had a wonderful experience, and highly recommend this store. Thank you.

The employees at the Barefoot Blvd. Dollar General are always professional!Joey one of the employee is always cordial, professional, and extremely helpful.Needless to say, so glad to have an excellent staff and well stocked store.

The store manager is rude. She belittles her employees and yells at them. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I'll ship any other DG. Just not this one. This store needs a new manager who doesn't have anger problems

feel bad for the employees! I never had a problem since tge opening of this well need BFB DG but....The new manager is rude yells at enployees in front of customers and walks around with a cigarette dangling from her mouth inside.I brought a few items that were in clearance bins- the price did not come up clearance..I asked the sweet cashier michelle why..sge was polite abd apologized. The mngr rudely walked up and said well the buckets get mixed up all the time- if you cant afford it we will have to void the whole order and huffed..Michelle once again apologized and tried to ask if we should match the sale price. I made the mngr after huffing go back and look in said bin! She then yelled to her workers very abrasive that they will have to get this *hit straightened out..I felt the abuse! This even in a right to work state is uncalled for.The employees and customers get treated like dirt here.Not to mention treating the teens in the Bay like hoodlums. There money is green too! My kid Was spending $50 a week there. Yes she has a job.and it is always always a mess disorganized..cant get down the isles. They need more employees.The self checkout was a good idea in July...its Sept and it still doesnt work!New manager please!!ps resident 20yrs..not a newby

The staff is like the entrance of a hotel. EVER revolving. I only see 2 maybe 3 familiar faces.

I have a great shopping experience every time at Barefoot Bay dollar general the manager always is so friendly and willing to help any time.. And the store is the cleanest and most organized of any I have ever been in.
