Don’t go here. Bait and switch. Was told I was getting a 16e iPhone for my son and was sold a 16 instead. They also added a next level up plan and insurance without telling me. Horrible customer service

Was suggested 16e for my son’s phone, charged and got a 16 without any knowledge of the upgrade. Disappointed in bait and switch.
Edit: The store has done nothing to help. Justin was a witness.

Went in to this store and met with Kim P., the Manager. I thought my watch was broke, but it just needed to be cleaned. She fixed it right up and I didn’t have to spend a dime. Highly recommend this store for all your cellular needs. She was WONDERFUL! Give her a raise.

Hi fags if anybody wants to go to AT&T and get them an iPhone come see Jerry and Justin and they are awesome. They did a wonderful job for me and they’re still teaching me about my new iPhone. Don’t miss out.
