Had bought and order parts for my girlfriends car and never received a time frame but told we would get a call, we return 2 hours lates to find out it would be here until maybe 3 and we ordered it at 10 this morning. 6 o’clock rolls around and i had to call them and the lady at the front said she had no notes left to call us. They need to fix their communication between customers and be more friendly

Called 2 days in a row. First day manager Rick not there, called back the next day and was put on hold and told he wasn't available. So I want to leave it here. My 84 yr old mother went in and asked for one windshield wiper blade. Told the salesman she didn't want to spend over $30. He walked over and found one for $24.99.
She gets to the register and he tells her it's 50 something dollars she said what happened to $24.99 ? and he proceeded to tell her oh you have to buy two! So my mother was totally taking advantage of because we all know that's not true and especially since she told him she didn't want to go over 30 dollars he could have sent her on her way and told her that's not possible if in fact that was true, but we all know he saw an elderly woman and took advantage.

Exceptional service deserves recognition and spencer deserves that. Going the extra mile is a rare quality, making the experience all the more valuable. Such dedication truly makes a difference in challenging situations. It's wonderful to find someone so committed to providing assistance.
Thank you Spencer for going the extra mile and helping me this morning. There was even a car accident and Spencer briefly stopped to ensure they were okay over there. All around good dude.

Just gotta give a shout out to Erin for helping my dad replace his car battery while he was in town visiting me & I had no tools to help him out! Fortunately Erin came through with tools & amazing customer service. Still can’t say thank you enough!!

I have been an Autozone customer for decades but I have NEVER had the type of service and commitment that I received over the past couple of weeks from Erin, the Parts Specialist at the Middleburg, Florida store. Once my truck threw a computer code, Erin was very meticulous in researching and explaining what it could be and looking up the related parts. Over a couple of weeks I came back in and worked with Erin agsin to try and make chsnges without spending an arm and a leg on useless solutions. She was such a huge help!
