Although there wasn’t a line to wait in, Jane entered her own rewards number and I did not get my points for my purchase.Upset about this, I wasn’t asked for my rewards number nor was I offered incentive to start a rewards account. I have an anccount and would like to have used it. I bet her account is stacked with rewards; would be nice if I got that too without making purchases.

Sooo the staff at this store stated that their corporate rules don't allow backpacks in the store. They also said that their district manager strictly enforces the no backpack rule for their area. NO OTHER CIRCLE K that I've ever been to has EVER told me I couldn't come in with my backpack (I've been to countless circle Ks across Florida). My backpack is essentially my purse, the staff offered to hold my backpack behind the counter because apparently that's supposed to make me feel comfortable. Oh the irony. As a Mexican American this made me feel extremely disrespected, judged, uncomfortable, and embarassed. I guess I'm glad my white husband was there to get our stuff in the store while I waited in the front like a suspect.. thankfully he didn't have his backpack with him either. If the district manager/owner/store manager wants to enforce something like this it's going to impact their business. Also the staff was as polite as they could be, and they themselves said they don't understand all of the policies themselves. So this review is not a reflection of the staff...only the ownership/leadership of the store. If you are a person of color, or use a backpack daily please think twice before coming here or giving them your business .

Cut your hours back 6am till 11pm but I rush to the store at 10:40pm and the door is locked. Thanks y'all are awesome

Woman saying she just started working at the store and had family that works there was hollering and cussing at people in the parking lot and threatening them
