I just had the worst experience at clay county transmission in middleburg fla . I informed David loving that I wished to take my business elsewhere due to his rude customer services. He then became extremely rude and disrespectful like he was when I was on the phone with him earlier in the day. Then he started to curse me and insult me all while making it very clear to me that he does not like or care for law enforcement. He continually refuse to give me my truck so i could be on my way. It got so bad my wife threatened to call the clay county sheriff's office. I was finally able to settle my bill for the diagnostic which was 140.00 $ and leave . What I will tell you is that a quick Google search of this guy's name (specifically for clay county arrest) will tell you everything you need to know about this guy as person . To all My clay county friends i would never have any business dealing with this guy. Trust me if you read the article and see how he acted with the cops I can assure you with absolute certainty that he will act far worse with a civilian as I got the unfortunate privilege to experienced it 1st hand. If this man will treat a customer this way before he has even completed the repairs then what do you think is gonna happen after you pay him, then down the road you might need warranty work done. Good luck and if you take it to this place of business and read this don't say you weren't warned. I just don't want good honest people wasting their hard earned money on this business because this guy could clearly care less. Update, I did find a place down the road that treated me with respect , had great google reviews and was cheaper. Sam with Epic Powertrain was very professional and made me feel like my business was important to her.

Dave was great at helping me to decide what I wanted to do about my transmission showed me all the parts that could be bad so I went with a. Full rebuild. For peace of mind that my truck would last. Highly recommend he made me feel comfortable about what I had to do .went out of his way to acomadate all my needs. Ty so much will not for get how great that. it feels to. I was visiting my brother in law about to drive home to Tennessee the following day when my Nissan Frontier started acting up like a transmission issue. My brother in law had seen this shop and had done business with the previous owners. He took it in about 2:30 on a chance they could at least look at it. They called back as soon as they knew the problem with an estimate that I thought was VERY reasonable. Had me fixed and ready to hit the road before they closed. Very professional, friendly, and FAST. I would not go anywhere else. My brother in law is taking his truck in next. He will get business from both of us. It actually and electrical issue but they got on it quick.
