The staff at the Gate Parkway location consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. They were attentive to my specific needs and provided personalized service that exceeded my expectations. The quality of the car wash itself was outstanding.

The young men and women who work at this location in Middleburg are friendly and helpful. Every now and again, you can stump them with certain questions but they will at least have the common sense to get someone else to help you and in the end, you’ll get the help or services that you need.

It's a good place to wash and vacuum your vehicle. The base car wash price went up $2.00 from the last time I was there a few months ago! It was $10.00 now $12.00!!!

Horrible service, their new service works by taking an image of your tag, but if you have any other than a normal tag it does not work and the whole line is held up while they figure it out, I have called multiple times with zero response, I called today and all they did was make excuses, they were also supposed to cancel my membership due to the multiple service issues, and they charged me again, I'm now calling my bank and reporting it as fraud. Do not use this service!

No towels to dry off the water spots left by their inadequate dryers, no window cleaner, no interior cleaner. LUV offers all of this with their wash.
