I used to be happy getting my kids hair cut here. I always check in before I arrive so I don’t have to wait. I always have 3-4 kids with me. The last couple times I’ve been here they have ignored the fact that my children were at the top of the list and skipped them because “they didn’t want the other people to have to wait for all my children.” I won’t be coming back to this location and if I can find a place other than great clips near by then I will. I only stayed today after being skipped because I and coupons. Goodbye great clips on Branan field road!

I gotta say I hate to even write this but it needed to be addressed. Normally in the past I have had only exceptional service up to today. This is only directed at one particular employee who because he chose to express his dislike for having to work today (Saturday) apparently he wanted to share his mood with me over the phone. First he answered with the most unprofessional Hello with attitude. I tell him oh I'm sorry I was just trying to call hair cutting business from online number shown. After he sarcastically corrects me by telling me this is Great Clips not Classic Cuts or whatever I misspoke the name, I then ask who am I speaking with , sarcastically I get Randy. I asked another question and was replied with sorry mam. I'm a man with a man's voice , at least I like to think I do, but at this point Randy has me angrier than I ever should of allowed him to make me but unpleasantries were traded before hanging up the phone. I mean I don't usually get on here and write a chapter on any business or any one employee of a business but today was not the day I needed all the negativity and lack of just being a decent human from Mr. Randy. This does not change the professionalism and excellent service I've received from numerous young ladies at this location but I can also remember a haircut from a gentleman middle-aged, 5 o clock shadow, a few months back. I mean no words exchanged , bad energy , you could feel he just wanted you finished and gone. If this was you Randy from today I apologize for the explicative I directed at you but buddy we all have problems and do the best we can to get through our days without giving rest of the world the middle finger but that's just not what good people do. I don't want you to get fired or anything but maybe think about what the person on the other end of the phone who called to schedule a haircut before his grandfather's being put into the ground Monday morning, or maybe I was a lady in your chair who works two jobs with kids and no one else to help at home, just giving my example and one that is everywhere you look. We all struggle everyday but need to all do a better job of showing kindness, respect and love for each other. You are not the only one who I have run into recently that just seems to show no compassion or respect for others. Best thing I can do is say a prayer for both of us, apologize for the one word I chose to use that was not needed and try to be better tomorrow, both of us I'm referring to. Sorry so long but just lost a very good man days ago so anxiety and mood could be much better on this end as well. Randy there was no reason for the disrespect and the mam response when you knew what you were doing. Other than Randy on these two occasions I would refer this place to anyone who asked. I had to edit this minutes later after I've cooled off and regained my correct thoughts. I do not wish for Randy to lose his job not saying that this could or would even give the ability to do so, but that is not what I want. I remember his haircut, he knows how to cut he just may have a lot going on in his life as I do in my own. He was just having a bad day at the same time I was as well and it lead me here. I would not be able to sleep though if I thought I took away someone's $ for their living and their family so I just wanted to be very clear it was not as bad of an interaction to have someone lose their way of life. Thank you

It’s been about 7 years since I’ve been to Great Clips, so I decided to give it a try. Joining the online queue was convenient and I was able to walk right in to the chair… well I had to provide my mailing address, which, I don’t know why that’s relevant to a haircut but I guess I’ll be getting some spam in the near future.
I asked the stylist for a fade and trim on top. I usually frequent the usual hard core, man mechanic themed barbers that do good fades, hard parts, clean cuts, etc, so my expectations are a little high.
The haircut was finished in about 10-15 minutes and the results were pretty lackluster. I didn’t get the fade I was looking for and the top cut looked like a style from 2010. It felt like the stylist was either limited in their ability, or didn’t seem to care. I tried to drum up some conversation, but they weren’t interested in talking.
The main pro was that the haircut was only $18. To be fair, the stylist asked how it looked and I just approved so I could go on with the day. I feel like I got what I paid for and left.
This location is an ok place to go to if you just want the basic without paying the inflated $40 barber fee.

Well, that was the worst haircut experience I've ever had. Not only did the stylist completely disregard what I very specifically asked for, she then proceeded to argue with me that she was right and I was wrong, when we're both looking at the same WRONG HAIRCUT! She then had the audacity to charge me for a haircut that her coworker had to finish for her! I've never been treated so poorly in a Great Clips! Stay away from the Branan Field location, lest you have the same misfortune.

The stylist butchered my son’s hair. I usually take all my boys to get their hair cut there. I always explain how it should be cut. Low fade and trim up top. She completely ignored what I said. There was no fade, it was a zero not a 2 all the way to the top. Then she argues she went to school and she knows what a fade is. Well she needs to go back. I’m retired military and I know what a high, mid and low fade is and that was not a fade. If you want a good hair cut go some where else!!

Great Clips is a cheap and easy place to get you and your families hair cuts. Personally the younger woman that did my son's hair this past time. He absolutely loved it! All of the women there are good in their own ways so I definitely recommend going to this location and their prices are very fair and the wait times honestly are not that bad compared to other locations.
