Ok where do I even begin. If I could I would give ZERO stars. I refloored my entire home and thought I would have a smooth process. The flooring rep advised I buy a laminate for the bathrooms and kitchen. One tile buckled so I call the store with my concerns. They then advised yes that I was tild to purchase the wrong flooring and to exchange the bathroom floors. I paid for new flooring once delivered, they were the WRONG floors. I didn’t get upset just told the installer to go ahead as I had already waited a months for the flooring to be delivered. The last section of my home still needed installation. I thought to try another Home Depot for a smoother process. Which worked. NO ISSUES. After the last installment, I returned the items that were not used. They told me they couldn’t give me my money back and I could only get a store credit. The customer service rep rolled her eyes at me when I explained I didn’t want a store credit. She called the manager and he didn’t care either. I don’t recommend the Middleburg store. It was issue after issue and the were all rude when I spent over 10k.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Ty! From the moment I walked in, Ty went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with the right tools for my project. You don’t always come across employees that take that kind of pride in their work — Ty is definitely a standout. Give that man a raise!

The Home Depot installers, installed this beautiful, brand new carpet in my house yesterday. Their installers are professional and very knowledgeable. They glued down the new padding and stretched the new carpet into place in every room. They only did seams where they were absolutely necessary in three places. The 12' x 71' foot carpet roll was fresh made at the Shaw mill. It arrived on Wednesday and was installed Thursday morning. The price was $2.45 sq ft for: 6lb padding with moisture guard, carpet and install. I upgraded to posturepedic padding with a moisture guard for .29 cents more. Overall I'm really happy with this carpet. It smells great and it feels really soft.

Customer service!!!!!
very rude customer service does not make a customer feel welcome, they do as little as possible to help you, customer service at home Depot needs to do better, like first start off on welcoming your guests that spends money in your store, customer service is so bad I will no longer go to the home Depot in Middleburg Florida. I will simply take my business to Lowe's.

Don't waste your time. We cut off our corporate accounts here as personal.experience showed us that wrre paying our people to stand around and wait on assistance that's incompetent, nonexistent, and BIG HOME DEPOT corporate doesn't care about you and I. Boycott this dump and hit'em where it cou to like they do us.

Unfortunately, customer service representative Mrs Lewis and the Installation Service Manager and District Installation Manager she forwarded my emails to, do not feel that my $7500 purchase warrants from back in February that still is not installed is a priority for them to call me. I instead have been told to call but never get a hold of a person. When I asked for someone from home office or higher up to contact me. I was given contact info for the same people that have not reached out to me. Maybe with a Google review someone might actually see this from cooperate and do something.

Would have given a 5 star, but I don't like how they only have self checkout most of the time. If I wanted to work there I would get a job there.
