Home Depot # 6890 W Oakleaf in Jacksonville Florida was one of my worst experiences of all Home Depot’s. Cashier sees me looking at my phone before coming into line as I was finalizing my banking when she decided to close the doors though the nursery section. Not helpful employees at all! Looking for someone to help, good luck, finally find someone to ask, they page someone, when no ones comes to assist no one cares!!! Worst customer service ever and manager was notified!!

Always loved this store till today.I ordered a grill Saturday that was supposed to be put together.I got a text Sunday morning saying my order was ready.I finally got time today to go pick it up.I arrived and stood in line just for them to tell me the guy that puts them together works on Tuesday and Thursday so there is no way it's ready.They didn't even give me a real apologie.

3/10/2020....my husband & I went to this store to make a purchase when we went to checkout we saw that not 1 register was open except the self checkout lines...I walked around to a register where two clerks were pricing items (not checking out customers) I said we’d like someone to give us our military discount. Another customer was at the self check out & asked the employee if she’d be getting a W2 for doing her job. The employee said they were short staffed! Seriously, I don’t care someone should have opened a register! I won’t be going back!

Store manager at Mdbg needs to pay more attention to the front end clerks. Some are good but several have NO customer service skills. No wonder stock is dropping.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a refrigerator on 5/12, and it was delivered on 5/16. On 5/17, we noticed that it STILL was not cold (the manual said to give it 24 hours). I called HD, and the gentleman gave me the service number for Whirlpool. I called, and got a recording that said I had called outside of their business hours. Please call between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Monday - Friday. Okkkaaayyyy. I called at 8:30 Monday morning. (Fridge is still warm). I am past my 48 hours, so now I have to wait for a serviceman to come out. I explained that I called within my 48 hours - they were closed. Nope. Mr. Helpful gave me the WRONG number. Tech comes out - wasn't able to fix it. Okay - I call Home Depot. So sorry... you have to go through Whirlpool. I call Whirlpool. So sorry....you have to have ANOTHER tech visit. As I a writing this, I have gone 2 weeks without a refrigerator, and have missed 3 days of work (1 for delivery, 2 for tech visits). Today's tech visit - we have to order an evaporator. FOR A BRAND NEW FRIDGE. The part will be in next week. Hopefully this will work. So, why am I giving Home Depot a bad review? Because they don't care. Oh, they are "so sorry" about the inconvenience. What they should have done is REPLACE MY FRIDGE WHEN I CALLED. Especially after I told them the number that was given to me was wrong, and that if he had given me the correct number, I would be sipping on a nice cold drink right now, rather than a room temperature water.

An overhang to load your vehicle is very nice in theory. On a rainy day, it's a nightmare. No one parked there is loading, just shopping. Can you remove the parking spaces or do something to make this area more useful for people?

Was told I could not purchase a stove and take with me today and then the 1st thing was that the one associate would not help me find basil plant. I'm done with bs. Will pay a lil more and go to Lowe's.

Ordered and paid for in advance a chest freezer. Got there with my email from them to pick up and they would not give it to me w/o my drivers license!!! Did not have w/ me because hubs drove there.
