Big shoutout to Sarah at the Beach Boulevard Extra Space Storage and Amy at the Middleburg location! They were absolutely amazing in helping me move my storage units from one spot to another. Super friendly, patient, and made the whole process way easier than I expected. I really hope Extra Space keeps hiring more employees like them—it makes all the difference. Thanks again, ladies!

We rented it for my granddaughter who just joined the navy. What we didn’t know was she wouldn’t be back for a while, we had to find something fast and clean as well. My other daughter was looking on the internet and found extra space storage. It was awesome in our price range and it was very clean to and on top of that it’s right next door to where I stay, Basically, it’s right next-door where I stay. I can walk over there and pay every month for my granddaughter and I know that our stuff is safe clean thank you

Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and maintenance at this facility over the weekend. I’ve spent the past two days trying to get into my storage unit, only to find the entry door broken and the elevator out of service—with no onsite staff or maintenance available to help.
To make matters worse, I had rented a U-Haul specifically for this move, which ended up being a complete waste of money and time because I couldn’t even access my unit.
If you’re going to have weekend hours, there needs to be someone available to handle emergencies or system failures. It’s unacceptable for paying customers to be locked out of their belongings for days with no help. This whole experience was frustrating, costly, and totally avoidable with proper staffing.
Ask the right emergency question first !
