Xio was very helpful like always, it's a pleasure to see her because I know my phones problems would be solved. Got a new upgrade and she guide me on how to transfer everything very easy. 5 stars for her.

I tried to come switch my service over and b one of their customers but when I asked if they could switch all my APPS over to the new phone the lady lied to my face and said they don't do that....even tho my girlfriend was there 2 days prior to me being at yhe same store....so I took my business back to verizon...I hate Verizon but I guess metro is lazy and lies b4 even doing business. ..I hope she does better and if not they can find someone that wants to work there.....seemed like she didn't even want me in there because when I walked in she was on speaker phone with someone really loud and she just kept talking to the guy while i was trying to talk to her...maybe l try again with a different worker I don't know

service. The Latina girl was very rude. She refused to give me her name. I have never in my life had such horrible service. I am a combat disabled veteran and have never been treated with such disrespect. Whoever she is, she needs to be fired.

imagine a phone store that doesnt answer the phone it the metro pcs phone stores ive called 2 different store no answer very frustrating bought a revvl 7 with case and screen protector and the nice lady who installed the screen protector left her finger print under it after 2 days the screen protector had all kinds of stuff under it now the dialler app on my phone crashes so i cant make outgoing call .and have to go to the store you bought the phone from which is dumbill change rating when if my problem is solved
