Walked into subway at 1245 and finally left without food. Waited to place my order at counter for 10-15 minutes while he made 4 footlong sandwiches. He never acknowledged I was even standing there. Could have at least said be with you in a moment. His rude butt has been a problem at this subway for a while. I finally just walked out.

Wow. Rude dude. Chris makes ZERO attempt at being polite. Sweat stained hat and uniform. Short curt questions although not busy.

I ran in to grab a sandwich for my daughter yesterday, and I have not had an employee "ever" treat me so bad. He may have been having a bad day, but there is never a reason to be blatantly rude. I couldn't get his name because the person that checked me out had just started that day and didn't know his name. Looking at the other comments, he apparently is always that rude. I will never return. I was the only one there until he was almost finished making my sandwich, so it wasn't bc he was extra busy. I mean, OVER THE TOP RUDE! He was a young Spanish guy with a scrawl on his.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any ‘fast food’ restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. I mean, it’s inside a gas station, so maybe I shouldn’t be surprised, but wow. The worker seemed very annoyed that he needed to take my order. Ordered 2 scoops of tuna (which I do often, in many other locations), to be told he couldn’t do that. I explained I get this often at other places & actually have at this location several times, so he begrudgingly grabbed a drink cup (normally they give it in a soup cup WITH crackers) & put 2 scoops of tuna in it. Literally tossed my receipt at me. C’mon Subway, I get times are hard, but SURELY you can do better!!

Every time I come to this location the service is so bad but it's so close to my house I have to put up with it. But today took the cake. I got here at 8:05 and was told they don't open for another hour. I looked up the hours on the website and they are supposed to be open at 8:00. Just goes back to all the employees here act like they hate their job and don't want to serve you. So needless to say I went across the street to Dunkin and gave them my business....

Stopped in this morning 6/9/23 about 8:45, first of all no one there, employee of the Circle K had to go find him. When he approached the counter you could see the I hate my job and life look on his face. Not sure of his name but when we greeted him with “hey how are you doing”…no response, no smile…nothing…other than he just stared us down like we were bothering him. I have never encountered such rudeness. If I ever acted like this at my job, I wouldn’t have one. My husband stops in there sometimes in the AM because they have a breakfast menu, he told the employee that any time he stops in that he acts like he hates his job doesn’t want to be there , he just stared at him again and said are you hungry? A few other words were said, we indicated that we were going to file a complaint, he shrugged his shoulders said a few other words stared us down again, needless to say we ended up leaving. This guy hates his job, hates life and hates everyone. If these are the kind of employees, managers etc..that Subway hires I can’t believe they are still in business.

Mexican dude is lazy. Closing at 8pm with full stock on everything when normal closing time is 10pm. Rude too. Suppose i’d hate life if i were him too

Food was ok but obviously a product of Bidenflation. The amount of meats and size of bun are smaller than I remember, cost as much or more and we generally lacking overall. Not sure this was just this location or is it corporate decision making? I will not be back to this location for a while I'm sure!

Gregg has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We stopped in tonight to get two subs and he has A GREAT DEAL OF PATIENCE! Will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Another bad experience with this Subway manager but this was the worse yet. You should not have someone manage a store that acts like they hate their customers. He is alienating employees of the schools and businesses in this area. I did a detailed explanation of experience on Circle K since I understand he is a Circle K employee. You as an owner should read that and look at cameras. He may be able to make sandwiches and prep and clean but his customer service skills are horrible.

Thought how I'm the world can you mess up a sandwich....well to start with the young man was less than polite well that was not the case...and you would think at noon the bread would be fresh well that was a no go as well. Definitely tasted like it was a few days old dried out and yuck. Just was overall a poor experience for a simple half sandwich not again don't waste your money!
