I've done a lot of business through this Home Depot last year I ran almost 25,000 dollars through my pro extra account and this year I've already ran about 10,000 through my pro extra account since the beginning of the year so I rent a tiller from the toll department I take it home and it starts pouring rain and doesn't let up for the next two and a half days I take it back the following morning and they proceed to charge me a full day for a piece of equipment that I didn't even so much is crank that granted I did have the tool but come on they knew how bad the storm was and how bad it was raining and new I couldn't do anything like that in the rain And as much money as I spent through this home depot I was really can't believe they did me that way but it's okay because now I'm a Lowe's customer no longer at Home Depot customer I'd rather take my business elsewhere where I'm appreciated middlebird Home Depot needs to learn a little bit about customer service because they are absolutely horrible at pleasing a customer

Helpful and friendly employees, free donuts on saturday morning, good selection, decent prices, this place is great. Only reason they dont have 5 stars is because they dont have tools for rent here, and when i brought in a shelf and asked for them to cut a piece of plywood to the same dimensions, they cut the wood but were off by about a quarter inch on both pieces and i had to trim it down myself.
