I attempted to get my nails done at 5:50 pm, the sign said they were open until 6:30 pm. All I needed was a fill in. I went to open the door and I saw an arm lock the door. They didn't even have the decency to give an explanation of why they were not taking any more customers. This was my first and last time. Obviously walk ins are not welcome

Do not waste your money and time here, this nail salon is unprofessional and horrible are doing nails, the work was rushed and sloppy, I went here with my friend and both our nails looked a mess, especially my friends, she had to have her nails fixed 5 times by multiple people, and they all messed up one after the other, the last guy was especially nasty towards her and tried to tell her what color she needed to get when she clearly requested a different shade of pink than what he was trying to give her, the paint job was bubbly and one finger was significantly shorter than the rest and there was built up acrylic left behind her nails. The guy even had the nerve to tell her to never come back and she replied telling him that she never plans to and that there is nothing to even come back to. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would because this place is a absolute disgrace to the nail tech community and is a joke of a salon, if you like having bricks for nails and your hands feel so heavy you could knock out Dwayne the rock Johnson then this is the place for you, otherwise it would behoove anyone considering coming here to find another salon bc I promise you will leave here angry and disappointed.

So lucky that when I showed up at 4:45 on a Tuesday that I had the place to myself and both people working on my hands and feet. Lovely people did a wonderful job making me feel pampered. Manicure was basic, but paid for better pedicure and my feet are so relaxed. It was my first time here. I’ll definitely be back.

I love the owners, and great services they always deliver. I've seen alot of negative reviews in the past on this place and as someone who runs a business and had bad reviews myself from disgruntled clients, and witnessed what types cone into the place of husiness, I'd suggest not believing everything you read. Daughter gets hers done every 2 weeks because Jr high is judgmental. And they are incredible! At 14 not alot of people treat her as an individual, they address me. Here they talk to her and do a fantastic job every time!

We just moved here and are trying to find a nail place. We went here for the first time and I will NEVER go back. The techs rolled their eyes at my daughters several times, the nails are all different lengths and thicknesses, they are crooked and not even filed or the right shapes. They just chose the nail color for me it wasn't the one I wanted at all. They cut us with the grinders and there is pieces of ground product stuck to our nails. I asked for a certain color for a set of dipped nails and it was no where near the color I asked for! She said it might have been old! The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job but still not what I asked for!Services: Pedicures
