Miss Jessica and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Part request has been made. Update: The staff did their part on my behalf in an attempt to resolve the warranty issue... and after the camper manufacturer stepped in, the problem is being resolved.

Awesome sales staff - especially the woman and guy behind the counter- hooked me up with a Sams membership and I got two great chairs - on sale! Came in grumpy left HAPPY
