“Of all the DG's in this city this is by far the cleanest best stocked store in Leon county and surrounding counties.Mike the assistant manager should be moved up and given his own store in our city hes very good with people , a conscientious manager who cares about his employees as much as his store and customers ..... “Overall, this Dollar General is a convenient and decent place to shop. The store usually has a good selection of everyday items at affordable prices, and it’s easy to get in and out quickly. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience better.
However, there are a few issues that bring it down from a full 5 stars. Pricing inconsistencies can be frustrating especially when items ring up differently than advertised and it’s disappointing when that isn’t honored. Customer service can also be hit or miss depending on the day, and the store can sometimes feel understocked or a bit unorganized.”
“Store was pretty clean and straightened compared to other stores like this I have seen which are usually destroyed. The employees very nice and helpful as I was looking for something, ask for help and the lady stopped what she was doing and tried help me find it, not just tell me what isle it was on!”
“I absolutely love shopping at all if these stores. Everyone has at least one thing that the others don't. This particular store always my strength in reading glasses but there is always only one cashier checking people out and a long line waiting and no other employees in sight.”
