I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the service I received. I booked a PODS drop-off and provided the exact location, which had already been confirmed by my apartment office and the City of Tallahassee as an approved drop-off spot. Even the moving company assured me that PODS containers are commonly dropped off in Tallahassee without issue.
Despite this, the facilities manager and customer service team refused to complete the delivery and instructed us to rent a U-Haul and handle the transport ourselves. This not only contradicted the guidance I received but also disrupted our entire moving plan. I had already prepaid for movers, and this unexpected change impacted the entire process.
The experience was incredibly disappointing. I no longer feel confident in the service, and the lack of coordination and reliability was unacceptable.

They had no problem taking my hard earned money quickly but then.....they continued to take an additional $349. I filed a claim but cannot get any answers. They were a week late picking up the last POD so my opinion right now......Lucky they got one star. I'll see them in court over my money.

I needed to store my things for a month between moving out and closing on my new home. Pods was the perfect solution, although I think Pods would have been great even if I didn't need storage. They brought the Pod, we filled it, then brought it to our new home, and they delivered it when I requested. It was perfect and more than a little cool to watch.

Absolutely the best service for moving possible!!!! The rates were cheaper than a UHaul and only about $50-60 more for the month than storage that I looked at. I love the fact that they bring it to you, move it, and then come remove it. It makes moving so much easier!!!! The drivers were all respectful and considerate of the yard/house/items near the location. It kept it for about 1.5 months before moving and it made moving soooooooo much easier!!!!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend!!! Main website customer service is horrible handling complaints. Container leaked on the inside sides every time it rained. Container smelled horrible. Was suppose to have for 2-3 months. Returned after 3 weeks. Could not fathom putting all my belongings in a leaky, stinky storage pod. Upon return, there were more fees and they did not apply my discount code that was entered when originally ordered. They said all was emailed, never saw that email and the extra fees were not in the original quote. $$$ down the drain. Only upside, the local delivery people were great with customer service through pick up and delivery! This review is no reflection to them.

The only thing impressive about PODs is their drivers. Professional, friendly, efficient, courteous.
The telephone representatives are not so great, have no empathy, act like they have no options for medical emergencies (maybe they don’t?) and even blatantly lied to me a few times. I was charged more than I was quoted and charged at different times than I was told. I would use PODs again, but only if I have no other good choice.

Overall experience was very good. Drivers were outstanding. Would like to see quicker delivery from origin to destination.

No happy !!!!! I paid my past due and got my balance to 0 . I go to get my container delivered to avoid another billing cycle which is in 3 days and was told even though I pd the bill they put a lock on it and can’t be taken off for 3-7 days !!!!! What kind of business is this!! NOT HAPPY !!!!!

Driver left deep ruts in our yard when placing POD. Very expensive by the month so we didn't keep very long. Extremely costly to move to new house so we rented a truck to transport or things to the new house.
