I took my cat skid steer in the shop Tallahassee Florida January 2024 they said injector pump bad they installed used injector pump on it I went picked it up. It messed up again. . They said my injectors three of them was mess up I talk to the Mechanic, he told me that whoever put the injector pump on did not flush injector pump and lines and clean my injectors that was Ring power, Tallahassee, Florida I told Mark the service manager the Mechanic said manager. Mark said he did not wanna get into. He said she said, but they listen to the mechanic when they need to now what went wrong with it. Or how to charge you, but not the truth They don’t what’s mechanic advice on that machine win another mechanic worked with them, telling me what they done wrong when they mess up, they do not want to hear that. They put injectors in it and told me they cannot warranty them because of fuel terminated, but they should have drained the bad fuel just like before when they installed the injector pump but that’s the dealer and cat will not back the customer up. They will stand on the dealer side. Good luck with whoever buys a cat you’re not getting service or support or warranty work?

"Unbelievable, the poor attention I received from your company's shipping department, the worst experience in 20 years in the transportation industry. Yesterday, I went to pick up some equipment and the person in charge of delivering it did everything possible to sabotage it. They didn't want to work or were upset, so they tried to prevent the equipment from being taken, but in the end, good prevailed over evil and the equipment was loaded. However, as advice, they should establish a different methodology that doesn't depend on just one person.

Ring Power literally stole our tractor. We brought it to them for a warranty repair in February 2022 and as of late July 2022 we still haven’t seen our tractor. Several emails phone calls and text messages have gone unanswered.When we spoke to their legal department they advised us our tractor is still in pieces in their work shop.We’ve always had problems with Ring Power because they don’t have anybody running the show here. However we had to call the sheriffs office this time !!!!If this narrative sounds ridiculous I agree. But so is the situation.

We can't say enough about the level of service received here. Our 40ft class A CAT diesel pusher motorhome had a major engine problem and had to be towed in. These guys have RV space and hookup to 30 and 50 amp electricity right in front of the main gate out tow truck was able to place us there after hours. We were secure and comfy in our own rig awaiting service. Even though this was right at a holiday weekend, they got us in, located the broken part and had us on the road the next afternoon. All other service centers we contacted estimated weeks to even start service.Friendly, communicative, and genuenly concerned about our needs.Saved our family vacation!

Cat Rental Store loaned our company machines while the new machine we purchased from them spent over 3 months in their shop. After we turned the LOANER machines back in when they finally repaired our new machine, they sent us a bill for the loaner. Then when we didn't pay for a FREE LOANER they closed our account. The entire thing was just outstanding as you can guess. Thanks R(*& S(*^&%*ss you are a great district manager.

Had my rig here a couple days before Christmas with an overheating problem. They took very good care of the problem in a timely and cost effective manner. Nice folks!
