I was there on Saturday to get a money order. Afterwards I ask if a supervisor were available? Reluctantly, the young lady said I'm the supervisor. I asked her what was her name? Reluctantly she said Dajia, what's the problem? I could see she had an attitude already. I told her I'm not trying to cause a problem. Lately we have been getting the wrong mail A LOT, who ever drive the red little truck is the one that do it and she speed on the road every time she come down our road. With an attitude she said I'll let them know. I said it's not a them it's only 1 driver. Do you know the young lady that drive the red truck, she's the one. Yes I know her so I asked what's her name. She(Dajia) didn't answer, I asked again do you know her name. Reluctantly she said her name Brandi, true or not???? I said can you ask her to slow down and take her time to read the address. By the time I filled out my money order she (Dajia) came from the back and said mam I let her know. I said her who?she said the driver. I said the lady (Tammy) that drive the blue car/truck? Her reply was yes I told her about it. I said to her Ms. Dajia that's the wrong one. We all know her very well, because she's been delivering these route a long time. I have never seen Tammy speeding down our road or any where. She have never left the wrong mail in our box and she's always early. Ms. Dajia was ready for me to go. Why? I don't know because I was very polite , she wasn't. Just to make sure I took a picture of Mrs. Tammy truck so it wouldn't be a mix up of which driver I was complaining about. Mrs. Tammy truck is blue and she does her job professionally and Always have a good spirit, a very nice person. She will speak and smile any day you see her. If I see another mail carrier coming I already know the mail will be mixed up. Please slow down in our neighborhood Brandi.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would!!! They have misdirected our business mail for over a year now. Even after multiple phone calls and visits to the office, they still can't get it right.

The Caucasian woman that I talked to on the phone is rude and had a could-care-less -attitude. She gave off the vibe that she didn't want to be bothered with my concerns about my po box. I was late paying my po box fee and they started returning my mail back to sender.

Walked in at 9 a.m. On a Saturday morning. The staff was extremely attentive and they got me in and out of there in 2 minutes.

If I could, I would give a quarter of a star. Just because they picked up. But then put me on hold back to back 5 minutes each time. It's not that hard to check for a package
