I've stored my stuff with this Storage King for over a year now and they are great! Really good service, very friendly & professional, and the unit was clean, secure and climate controlled at a good price. I would definitely store my things with them again in the future.

We have units at 2 of the Pace, FL facilities, Hwy 90 and Lori Lane. Matt and Cary have been wonderful and when we had to get the 2nd unit, both gentleman went above and beyond to find us what we needed. I highly recommend Storage King.

Very disappointed. I left from renting at uhaul storage and have been with storage king for a little over a month. When I recently visited my unit I noticed a large amount of rat feces on my belongings along with urine. I made the staff aware of the issue and they didn't act like it was much of an issue. They just gave me a number to call and told me it was out of their control. So the next time I go by my storage a few days later I actually had a rat jump out of my tub that's my family pictures in it along with other family memoribialias. I'm sorry but no amount of money can replaçe these items.they never offered any type of service to help exterminate my unit and told me moving units was not an option. I'm disgusted with their poor service and even more so with the condition my items in my unit are now in. DO NOT rent a unit from this store -unless you do not care about the items you are trying to store there.

I have been renting from storage king for one month now. I recently just made a visit to my storage just to realize there has been rats all in my storage. Everything I own has rat pee on it and dropping. My things have all been chewed up and I can't get a thing other than a voicemail. Do not recommend

Facility is nice and spacious. A very cool climate to store furniture. I just wish they stayed open later. But all in all great price for a great storage facility. I definitely would recommend.
