Ive had a unit at this place since like 2014 i think under old ownership of arcadia and i loved it and rent was really reasonable and fair but about a year ago another company took over the facility and immediately tacked on a fee for insurance they mandated and now my rent has more than doubled because of rate increases every few months for no reason and im on a fixed income which puts me in a serious bind and thats messed up.

I had a very good experience here, nice and friendly. The cost is good just the first payment upfront is a kicker but, if you need a place to park your RV then you must pay lol.

I was very much impressed with Cary the property manager. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspect of the packing up and moving process. He offered helpful suggestions that we used to help us with packing and moving our items into our rental unit.
