Saw some shocks and struts online that were in stock at this store. I called to verify and the lady said indeed they are in stock and she would put them aside so no one else could buy them before I get there. I make the 3 hour drive to pick them up and once I get there I tell the clerk what I’m picking up. He goes to the back to grab them and comes back to the front with the parts. I open the box and tell him the box is missing parts according to the description of the product online. He instantly says that’s all that comes with this shock and strut kit before even looking on his computer to verify. Another employee
overheard and says no there’s another box that’s supposed to come with it. They redirect me to another store that says on their site they have the same kit in stock. I drive to the other store and there kit was missing one part to the kit. Spent about 8 hours driving and came out empty handed. First clerk at the first store should not have a job working customer service period.

Jesse and the others were a great help when my wife’s alternator went out. They let me use all the tools and didn’t question my warranty.

05-28-25 Colin went above and beyond in helping change my heater coil hose connectors that had broken off along with installing new parts I purchased! It’s Managers like Colin that have kept me returning to AutoZone for the last 20 years!

I just wanted to give Jessie a shout out!!!! I went up to AutoZone the other night. I am nine months pregnant I struggle to do things on my own at this point and noticed that there was a line of seven people. This man did the best he could to check people out and deal with their car needs outside while I watched another employee refused to help people because he was busy “stocking” Jessie asked him to help with the customers three times before he finally came over and told the customer to useself check out when they had other needs that required somebody to go outside of the store. Eventually he came over and helped the customers inside while Jessie then took care of three people including myself outside at the same time. It’s nice to see that some people value their customers. Thank you Jessie for helping me, staying calm , and having a great attitude !!!

My name is Helen Edwards we were traveling through Milton Fl. Going to Jacksonville Fl. Our oil level light came on and we stopped by a Love’s station to check the oil and add some more oil. Well we left the cap off and the oil spilled everywhere causing my car to smoke and the engine light to come on. We called Auto zone in Milton and spoke with the manager Richard, he not only explained what the trouble was but he came over to where we were, 2 women stranded from Louisiana. He tested my car and reset the sensor and with a friendly hug got us back on the highway. I truly thank God for sending him and that there are still good hearted people in this world that goes beyond the call of duty. You have a Godsend an Angel in Milton and he works at Auto Zone.

He has a decade of experience as a mechanic and talked to me for several minutes, helping me diagnose a problem with my car, and made good recommendations. This is the best autozone I have ever been to. I grew up on a military family and have moved several times as an adult and always spend time and money at autozone. This is the most friendly and knowledgeable staff.
