They always tell you that next time you need to use the self checkout machine while they are standing there doing nothing. Every time they mention it, it makes them seem lazy. Other gas stations that offer self checkout are happy if you use either one.

Their coffee area is disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Baby roaches running around on the counter...yuck.

Rude employee named John who wouldn’t service me because he was closing his drawer but serviced 2 other people who walked in after me of another race. I was finally helped by another employee who was as equally frustrated as I was over the poor service of his coworker .

The people that work weekends do not need to be in customer service. 3 people behind the counter chit chatting like they weren't at work. Took them several minutes to even acknowledge me, even tho all 3 made eye contact with me. Putting in self service was the most ridiculous move. The employees now think they dont have to talk to guests, even when adult purchases require their involvement. And they short blonde that finally did acknowledge me, couldn't even be bothered to greet me or even speak for that matter.
I'm giving 2 stars simply for the weekday morning girls because they are usually pretty great. But avoid this location on the weekends if you wish to be treated like a human being.

This store has become carls jr in idiocracy. The clerks are too inbred to actually do anything behind the counter, and yet, there they are. Not to help, but to argue and accuse. Go somewhere else. Where they still train employees to have courtesy…customer service….decency….work ethic. They truly act like brats at their moms job. The only justification for Tia’s actions is she wants the store to close down.

It was pretty packed in there couldn't barely get around in there and you never have what they're supposed to have. So I went in there Saturday where I purchase the sipping save where you can get a drink a day for 30 days 9.99 wow what a major disappointment that was I get there only the fight for parking spot I go in and not one of their Froster machines are working then to top it off they didn't have lids barely any cups and nobody really wanted to help me so I left there disappointed and without a drink I'm so glad I went there to get something cold to drink and I'm so glad I spent over $10 on a sip and save for a drink that I couldn't even get. Wow how disappointing this is!!!
