My SIM card got locked up and it said to contact the carrier for details and I went down there and they told me there's nothing I could do I needed to go to a second-hand shop that works on phones and then when I came home I messaged tech support on the app and I had to PUK code for my phone within about 5 minutes and my phone was unlocked older guy that helped me don't know jack but the people of tech support through the online messaging awesome people didn't have one issue real polite I give the online support five stars and this store none
