CrossFit SRC is located in Milton, FL since 2014. The gym offer a wide variety of fitness options for all levels, including group functional fitness classes, personal training and kids classes. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the facility impressed visitors. The coaches are wonderful, detailed and supportive; they give coaching that feels like personal coaching while the class sizes are big enough to be motivating yet small enough to feel personal. The community is very supportive and feels like a family. Members say the coaches, staff and community help unlock inner confidence and strength. The place challenge you and push you in the best ways possible, whether you are a first time participant or a seasoned athlete. The child care provided is beyond amazing. Many members recommend the gym and say they would tell anyone to come join and experience the supportive family feel.
My husband and I have been going here for a few months and absolutely love it. I have been able to come here while I’ve been pregnant and it’s the best I have felt. So glad to have a gym that is able to accommodate everyone with where they are!

I highly recommend this gym. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. If you are looking for somewhere to drop-in while in town or join, you won't be disappointed.
