I will start by saying my review does not reflect the employees of East Milton Water. They have been friendly and professional. They are the reason I gave 2* instead of 1 (if I were rating the employees, they would get 5*). I have a problem with how it's run. More specifically, their price gouging ACH processing fee. This is the only place I've ever seen that charges a fee for using ACH. Most places only charge for credit card payments, not e-checks. And it's a ridiculous fee! It's $3.95... my water bill is usually only $10, that's 39.5% of my bill! Their online system is archaic, and they need to drop that ridiculous ACH fee.

FPL has a portal to look at how much elec. you are using , but East Milton Water Com. doesn't even have a portal to log into to see how much water you have used. A portal would help you log in to have a understanding of things instead of calling in and get no good answers. Milton is behind times. Old ways.

Pay my OUTRAGOUS bill on time and BAM a late fee. Then I don’t get a bill and my water gets turned off. Then all of a sudden my bill is 400.00 and for the next few months I get a credit. My neighbors bill has never been over 30.00 and they have a pool and sprinklers going all the time. Somebody is lining their pockets and screwing people over. Wish we could change water companies but not an option. The times I’ve been by to pay my bill nobody knows what the heck they’re doing. It’s a mess!

I'm not happy with this primitive water company. They are not considerate or helpful in any way. They charge excessive late charges. The late charge for me was more than my water bill. I don't like the way they operate.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The east milton water company is the worst. They are ridiculous and disconnect u for being late. Then charge u $45 reconnect. 4× more than average bill. Absolutely most corrupt company I've dealt with
