They're knowledgeable and have been there for me when I needed assistance, more than once. The staff is friendly, communicated well, and the charges were reasonable. I've recommended them to others in need of auto services.

Took my Jeep in for AC issues and explained exactly what was going on. They called and said it was ready so when I got there I thought they were able to fix the issue it was having with the fan. All they did was recharge the AC and I had told them that was done the day before. They never addressed the issue about the fan that was switching on and off really fast. They told me I could bring it back but there would be another charge for diagnostics. Another?? I was taken advantage of completely and do not appreciate them attempting to do so again. This place is dishonest.

Was told about Emersld Coast Automotive by my girlfriend. Took my 1999 Dodge Ram for what I suspected was my water pump. Very thankful they could fit me in and I was back on the road. I plan on taking my other vehicles to Emerald Coast Automotive if I have a problem.
