Very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived at the Milton, Florida office. The vehicle was very clean and had no issues during my rental period. Heather was very nice and friendly to deal with. I recommend Enterprise car rental and will do business with them again should the need arise.

Sean is the best. He picked up me from home and also dropped me at the repair shop when i returned the car. He even wanted to make sure everything was ok before his leaving. What a wonderful young man!

Limited inventory but they are doing the best they can. Will use them again if I need another rental.

First of all, they’re clearly understaffed, you have to wait in line for an hour just to speak to someone. Second, when you politely ask if they even have the car you already reserved in advance just trying to avoid wasting another hour they hit you with attitude. The woman literally says, “Go get in line. We’ll get to you when we get to you.” No courtesy, no customer service—just pure rudeness.

My name is Anthoney Mitchem and I really needed a rental asap but they were really busy but I met this extremely nice lady by the name of Heather that worked at the dealership in Milton Florida and she went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my rental. She was so helpful and if every single Enterprise Rental Car Dealership had a Heather like the one in Milton Florida, I'm sure that they would be the only rent-a-car business in Florida.
Way to go Heather and your the only person that I would ever deal with in the future.

My husband and I rent from Enterprise quite often. Our experience with them is awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure your reservation is correct or give you a free upgrade. I recommend Enterprise rental to anyone. Customer service is outstanding. I would give them 100 Stars if it was available

Arrive hours early. Staff doesn’t care if you pre check in. I attempted to call customer support but was told I could not leave feedback.
