Just want to give this Goodyear a shout out n 5 star for their tire services but most of all their level of respect n understanding. All the way from California n unfortunately had a semi blow out, which wasn't hard for them to cover. Made it look easy

My car jumps and jerks so I stopped at good year hoping to get it fixed, well the part was $55.00 labor $425.63 car still jerks just as before ant the way good year treats local residents, I won't go back, that's a shame they have been ripping people off just because we can't do the mechanic work ourselves.

I'm not local but stopped here for a few days to visit a friend. My brake system had gone soft after a hard brake. Soft as in the car would stop, but the brake pedal was near the floor when it did. I explained the issue at the front desk and was told to be back before closing.
About 4-hours later I returned and was pleasantly surprised at the $139 for a brake bleed. Got back in the car and there was no change. They claimed there was a test drive, but why would they say it was good when it was not?
Took it back the next morning. They said it would be a master cylinder/ brake boost issue and would cost $1500. The parts had to be ordered in, and it would probably not be ready till the next day. The manager said he could put in on the lift after lunch, do the disassembly so the parts could be installed after their 2pm arrival. I agreed. I called at 3:30ish to check and the car had just gone on the lift. It wouldn't be ready until the next day. Fine... not per plan, but whatever.
I went to pick the car up around noon the next day. They claimed they did a 20-minute test drive. I got in the car and found the brake pedal was still soft... a little less soft than before, but still traveled to within an inch of the floor. The tech speculated on what could be causing the issue... he told me the master cylinder was bad (filled with fluid) but I hadn't asked and got the impression that he was covering his tracks for a bad diagnosis. He assured me the car was safe, and I headed out of town.
Moral of the story:
- they plan service based on their initial assessment and don't seem to care if the issue is fixed.
- they tell you what you want to hear but don't follow through with plans.
They car did get me home safe. I had a local shop look at the issue for a day and a half. They couldn't fix it, but didn't charge since it wasn't fixed (diagnostics only). A search on YouTube identified this is probably a piston stuck in the ABS... A very class-specific problem.
I give these guys 2 stars since they apparently did the work and made efforts to meet my needs... Even though they failed to follow through. This place is probably good for simple jobs, but I wouldn't trust them for anything substantial.

The owner provided service plus. He went out of his way to ensure we were minimally inconvenienced as a result of the repair which ended up being quicker than we anticipated.
