No one answers the phone so I left detailed messages daily but they never returned my calls. After waiting over 3 weeks for a referral I was told I was calling the wrong number only to be handed a business card with that very same number I had been calling. The doctors are great but the admin side is a nightmare.

I have been seeing doctors here for over 4 years and I have never had an issue or a Dr Larson is an understanding and compassionate man. I am very happy with the staff who are very friendly and understanding as well.

They suddenly refuse to refill my diabetes medication that they prescribed to me earlier without a new office visit.I've explained that I cannot afford the cost for a visit right now and that I would just have to a stop taking my medication. They said they would check and call me back, but they never did.This feels very predatory. They are holding my health hostage to extort money by forcing me to make an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Larson here for a few years after my former doctor retired during Covid. Dr Larson has been a great doctor to visit, and I feel as though he is incredbily knowledgable. He genuinely is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. That being said, his office staff has sharply declined in quality of service over the last few months. The office staff used to be incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficent. If I had problems in the past, they were solved for me by his top-tier office staff. Now, however, the office staff’s quality has declined to the point of absolute medical negligence. I have a prescription that I take; that without it makes it functionally impossible to live a good quality life when I have an attack. Dr Larson reccommended this medication to me, and I have been thrilled to have it since then. Recently, my prescription ran out and I requested a refill over the phone. I visited my standard pharmacy, CVS, to see if they had it. No refill was ever sent. So I recontacted the doctor’s office for the refill. A week later - same story. Then, due to my job, I switched over to a medication service that delivers meds to your door. I called the doctor’s office, explained what happened, and requested they send it to the new company. Same thing - a week later and nothing. Naturally, I call back. The lady who answered the phone listened to my issue and stated “okay ill get it taken care of” and then hung up. Amazingly, a month later, NOTHING. So today I call the pharmacy and ask for an update. Would you be shocked to know that after 2 1/2 months now….still nothing. So, on my behalf, the rep at the pharmacy sends all the paperwork to the doctor’s office for them to fill out. (Mind you this is the 5th time Ive called the office in 2 1/2 months) So, I call the office and was basically ushered off the phone by the person who answered. I informed her of that the pharmacy has sent everything over that needs to be filed, and the exact verbiage that the pharmacy rep gave me. I was rushed off the phone and given zero confirmation for anything received or any action to be taken. This following week, if I am still without medication, I will unfortunately have to switch doctors. As much as I appreciate Doctor Larson, it is not only me that has been dealing with his awful staff recently. I know a fellow patient of his that has gone weeks without diabetes medication due to their refusal to process refills properly. This negligence is as reprehensible as it is unprofessional

Dr visit on July 17, 2023, I asked for a referral for colonoscopy screening. Dr. states if I don't hear back in 2 weeks call office. 2 weeks later I called the office lady says she'll leave message for Dr. I then called after 4 weeks and had to hear about how someone was filling in for someone else. It's been 6 weeks still no call. Called my insurance company and found a Dr in network that I don't need a referral for. There's just no excuse for this kind of incompetence when all that is needed is someone to pick up a phone.

Dr Fountain is really good if you can get past his Auburn Education lol. Highly recommend this doctors office. However need to hire more help with the telephones.

After reading reviews, I should have known that eventually something would go wrong. I have been seeing Dr. Le Thi for almost a year and she has been really good. I went in to see her last week (6/16) and she prescribed medication that needed a prior authorization form before my insurance (Tricare) would approve. I then received a call from the nurse(6/19) that I would have to be prescribed another medication before I could be approved for the previous medication. Needless to say the new medication also needed a prior authorization per Tricare. I have been calling Tricare and the GCPP since Tuesday to see when the authorization would be released to Walgreens. Fast forward to today (6/23), I reached out to Tricare to see if the authorization had been sent in, I was informed that they had not gotten the PA from the Dr. I called the office and Meagan answered and ask me to hold after I verified who I was, she then comes back and stated that they don't do PA's for this medication and that I would have to pay out of pocket(well that defeats the purpose of having insurance), so that call was ended and I was quite puzzled by the response and I called back. I asked Meagan the clarify why would they not be able to do the PA. She then tells me that they submitted it and it was denied, I stopped her because on the previous call she said they don't do PA's for this medication and now the story has changed to you were denied. So after catching Meagan in this lie, she proceeds to get upset and told me that she was not going to argue with me (mind you no one was arguing) and said you were denied and that's that, and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up, I called back again and asked to speak with the Dr. or the office manager and was told that they were in a meeting and someone would call me after 1:00pm, of course no one has called and I don't expect anyone to do so. This is a great example that someone needs more training in customer service! I have called my insurance to change my PCM, because I will never put my care in a practice that doesn't care to the needs of their patients, nor will I tolerate an environment that is toxic. Meagan will NEVER have an opportunity to be rude and disrespectful to me again.

The entire staff is a pleasure deal with anytime I have a visit. They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Mayeaux is the best!

I'll make a long story short, I made an appointment to be seen for a various issues. Because the last time I was there Dr Fountain said unless it's been noted in the appointment he won't talk about it. So I made sure when I made the appointment to list everything I needed addressed and had the nurse read back to me my concerns. So I go see him and go down the list of my concerns. So he goes to leave and I tell him "wait there were other things that needed attention, I'm having a bad reaction to the medication". He says "sorry it wasn't notated for your visit" and leaves. Just so you know this happened many years ago but I see from other comments that he's still the same and I experienced the same visits as other commneters. He was always in a hurry to leave the few times I went there. I found a much better Dr named Messe.

Dr. does not listen to patient, and follow up is non existent. Have to go through phone service and wait for nurse to call you back if you have any questions. Waited a week and no one ever called back.

Both me and my wife had a terrible experience with Dr. Fountain. I wouldn't recommend him. He took less than 2 min and run to the door without listening a single thing I had to say about my symptoms etc. And the funny part is I never go to the Dr and last time I visited him was in 2019 and it was the same experience so I shrugged it off but no more. I'm not wasting my money. His staff were great but he was the worst I have ever visited.
