HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? Their food it's nowhere near his good has the Little Caesars in Pace. Their customer service is almost the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Chances of you getting you order right are less than 30% it seems. Employees seemed to have the attitude that by you shopping there you are causing them to have to work; and they're not there to work, there just to get paid for acting like they are working.

Ordered one cheese pizza on the app 30 minutes before I left my destination from Pensacola to the place and it still wasn't ready had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be ready. No apology for the extra wait or offered anything for the long wait either. Won't be back to this location. I would definitely recommend a different location.

Tried calling repeatedly to order ahead, no answer. Got to the store and was told we don’t answer the phone, we don’t have enough people. The girl at the front was very nice, however having to sit and wait is frustrating. At least put on your answering we can’t get to the phone because we are short staffed.

Dont waste your time on this place...well...unless you want to wait 20-25 min for a cold, lopsided, somewhat chewy "hot and ready" pizza that lacks toppings. If you walk in, make sure you have comfy shoes and have plenty of games on your phone...or you'll get bored waiting all that time. If you decide "I'll make this quick" and drive through the drive thru...you're fooling yourself. Don't make the mistake of pulling up to the drive thru order board...they will let you sit there until you get impatient and just pull up to the window...where they will allow you just a few more minutes of wait time before they walk up to the window and greet you as if you're bothering them. Once you order, you'll most likely be pulled around front to wait for your pizza...for even longer. In less time than it takes here, you could legitimately walk into a grocery store, purchase all needed items to make your own pizza, drive to your house, prepare the pizza, bake it, eat it....all while enjoying a beer. So...go make your own pizza, or order from somewhere else.

The girl at the front counter was very nice. I placed my order of a Thin crust and deep dish meat lovers. I live out in east Milton. Got home opened it up and the deep dish wasn’t fully cooked neither was the thin crust. I picked up a piece of deep dish to where it just fell apart now I am having to finish cooking instead of eating. This is the last time I will be doing business with this Little Caesars pizza in Milton!!!!!!!!! Whoever owns this franchise needs to get either better equipment to cook the pizzas or needs to retrain staff. Fix his drive-through. And teach them how to answer a phone. Or just close shop from all the negative reviews I’m saying.

Got a good look at the walk in when they opened the door to the cooler. Looked like pizza sauce was all over the floor. The back area was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. I would be surprised if they pass inspection!

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Then when I drive over there I asked them 'Why don't you guys ever answer the phone' She said when we are busy we don't answer!!! They were not even busy!! Then got my pizza home and the dough wasn't even done!!!!!! Horrible pizza place

Y’all are too mean the the workers. I’ve seen bread thrown at the workers, customers cussing at the cashiers when there just the messenger. Grown woman trying to fight high schoolers over 5 dollar pizza. And we all make mistakes so get over yourself and act like grown adults and if customers won’t say these nasty things to the workers face then y’all don’t need to be posting it online.

Stop in to pick up 2 of their Hot and Ready Pizza and was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for them. I happened to glance towards the back of the store and saw 2 Little Caesars employees having a make out sessions instead of working. 1 employee stated that all the online orders had to be made before other orders.

Ordered online at 2:30 for 3:30 pick up. Arrived at 3:30 and was told it would be 10-15 min. Came back in at 3:43 and was told it would be 10 more min. During this time people that walked in and ordered received their order before us. Lesson learned. Do business with this location at your own risk.

First off, I don’t normally set the bar super high for fast food. But I had an exceptionally bad experience yesterday. Walked in the store at 545 and was told it was a 20 minute wait, so I went back to the truck and ordered on the app at 551. App said it would be ready between 620 and 625, so my son and I went back in at 620. Food wasn’t ready, so about 630, I asked the cashier if she could tell me how much longer it would be and she proceeded to ignore me and go to the back of the store. When she came back, I asked again and requested a manager to address my concerns. My food was finally ready at 649. Food was good, but I do not tolerate being ignored.

This is by far the lousiest little Caesars I've ever visited. They close earlier now at 8pm due to staff shortage. Understandable. If they were to answer their phone I would have known this information. I got there at 730pm. I walk in & the little girl is just staring at me doing absolutely nothing but messing with the other kid that is actually working. She hesitated hard to come to the front counter like it wasn't her job. When she finally came up there no "how are you? No nothing but we close soon and we are only selling what we have. I said ok & that is??? Just cheese bread. Again answering the phone with this info would have saved me a trip & I could've went straight to the pace one. The owner needs to go ahead and fire everyone & start over or just sell it. These kids were clearly more happy that they were closing early than being apologetic. Wont even waste my gas or money to bother with this horrible business again.
