You must have forgotten. I was there too, and I know what you said based on your comments in your reply. What I said is true because you're getting very hostile because I'm not bashing the company, I was bashing the situation, so think about what you say. Cause most people know When somebody is told something they are very dissatisfied and for a 1 person shop, it was still rude. To not have somebody take a look to see if they would be able to work on it.
I ordinarily don't post this quickly, but today I needed a repair a simple one in my opinion for an exhaust tailpipe. I walked into the office. The girl sitting behind the desk was eating something and I asked her if they do exhaust repair. She said they did, and I said, great. Would somebody be able to take a look at it? And tell me if they can do it, she said, well, you wouldn't get anything done right now we're about a week and week and a 1/2 behind I said could somebody take a look at it and tell me whether they can do that repair. She said, no, you have to make an appointment. I'm sorry, but I have to make an appointment for somebody to look at it. And tell me whether or not they can do the work. I don't need to go there. I don't think any of you need to go there. Find somebody else that's what I have to say about this place.

Mac’s Auto Service is a local mechanic shop here in Milton. They fix most anything, just ask! They helped me out with my truck and did an excellent job. Haven’t had a problem since. The office staff are nice and also helpful, and they are happy to get you set up for a repair job on your automobile. The work is trustworthy and the mechanics are skilled workers! They are my mechanical shop now as I am a loyal customer!

Here's the deal. You can not make a silk purse out of a sows' ear. But you can keep a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 228,xxx miles on the road IF you get dependable mechanics. I certainly did. I met a couple that are sincere and provided quality work. AND a sense of humor.. Thank you.

The people at Mac’s did an outstanding job on my truck. Ended up having to do a new drop in replacement motor for my work truck. They got me in and out faster than I ever could’ve hope for. They were extremely professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and made me confident in the path that we took. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. They have earned a life long customer with me.

My husband and I recently took our 2006 Ford Expedition to Mac's Auto Service because we had a charging system error alert on our truck and our previous mechanic in Pensacola let us know that it was an electrical issue that they weren't able to fix. Mac and his team were super kind and professional and took good care of us. They were able to save us a lot of money based on what our previous mechanic in Pensacola was telling us needed to be fixed. My family spent upwards of 4,000 dollars over a years time on small repairs to my 70s model Ford. My truck ran just fine until one morning it just wouldn't crank. The truck they gave back to me after repairs were made didn't even make it out of their parking lot. Due to spending what I have at this mechanic I feel almost obligated to keep using them. They just told me they didn't feel comfortable going any further with it. 4,000 dollars later! I've given them more money than what I paid for the truck itself.Services: General repairs & maintenance
