May be the best buying experience we've ever had. Did our research online, called to ensure vehicle was available, set up time to stop by. Vehicle was pulled up and waiting under cover (it was raining), Kimber was so easy to work with, was flexible to our timing (we were able to run out for an early dinner while finance paperwork was getting done versus sitting around until it was our turn). Mark (finance) was the quickest to get us thru all the paperwork, no push to sell add ons, pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about everyone we interacted with! Bravo!

I cant say enough about our salesman! He was super knowledgeable and courteous! I was able to do everything pretty much over the phone which made for a quick visit to wrap everything up. Appreciate everything Joel! Love my Denali HD!

This is the second time I've purchased trucks from McKenzie Buick-GMC. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers over the years and McKenzie is by far a class of their own. They welcome you in and provide a buying experience that is stress free and fun. The entire staff is intelligent, respectful and laid back. My sales associate was Crystal and she pulled off an outstanding buying experience for me. After being a 5.3L truck guy for 25 years, she recommended that I test drive the Sierra with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I'm so glad I listened to her because this is the best truck purchase decision I've ever made. I couldn't be happier with McKenzie Motors and my new Sierra. We looked up the truck that we wanted and found it at multiple dealerships. We called all of them in Florida, southern Georgia, and South Carolina. We were lucky enough to find the truck at McKenzie and a fantastic and honest sales representative, Chief. They worked with us long distance with much honesty and integrity, even to pick me up at the airport to pick up the truck. This type of customer service is rarely found these days. The truck is magnificent and Chief and the dealership superb.

Came in dressed like a peasant after working all day, was treated like royalty. Planned on buying used, ended up buying new. The sales person Joel was knowledgeable and had a pleasant no pressure attitude towards any decision new or used that I made. Final check out with the document scanner option was a change from the usual signing 8 feet of documents and effortless. I will continue using your dealership for all my future needs.Douglas Jones

I had pleasant experience when I purchased my vehicle and when I can for my 1st oil change service. The second service visit I encountered was great while I was there but later to find out there was no oil put in vehicle during the service. I had to miss a day of work to have my vehicle picked up from my house and have oil put in my vehicle. The next appointment I scheduled was for an oil change and to have a recall fixed. The oil changed was performed but the recall was not addressed. I was told the person who could fix the recall had to leave early. When I left, I was told the next time I scheduled an appointment to remind them they need to fix recall. Called to make an appointment for 7/10 and explained I needed an oil change and also have the recall fixed. I was told my recall had already been fixed and had to explain several times that it had not been fixed. I was told it was documented in the system it was fixed but it never was. Arrive yesterday to have my oil changed and recall fixed. As I am checking out, I asked to clarify that the recall had been completed as it was highlighted on my receipt. Tom explained it was not completed because they did not have time to recall as my appointment was too late in the day. How come I was not told that when I booked the appointment when we had an in-depth conversation about my recall when I scheduled the appointment. No one was able to answer my question but just gave me excuses. It is now been 6 months and I still do not have my recall repaired on an expensive vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Now I have to wait unit my next oil change which will be about 9 months of waiting. Tom was nice enough to offer me free oil change for my troubles. That does not benefit me at all being that I bought the package already for my oil changes. On top of that, I was going to be charges $119 for my services and I had to once remind Tom again that I have already paid for the package. As you can see, I have not had a good experience with my vehicle that has been purchased from you facility.

Nick at McKenzie Buick GMC was great to work with. For three days he helped us get everything covered and communicated with us well on the all over condition of the Yukon and each step along the way as we were two states over and wanted it to be worth the drive to se wit in person and leave with it. The whole process went smoothly and the vehicle was in immaculate condition upon arrival. We would definitely do business with them again. Thank you!

Starting right from contacting the Sales Team through the website after shopping on-line, we received a quick response and excellent customer service. When we arrived at the Dealership, we were quickly acknowledged and our Salesman Nick got us all set to test drive the vehicle. After test driving our car, Nick sat down with us and any/all negotiating was done in good faith and very straightforward. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. In fact after agreeing upon a price, Nick gladly accepted our deposit and made accomodations for us to return the next day to complete the purchasing process so we could get home for dinner. From start to completion, everyone we dealt with, was friendly and personable. My wife and I usually suffer buyer's remorse after making big purchases, but I will say "not really this time". It was a pleasant car buying experience.

Went in for an appointment on my trade in appraisal and to see some trucks that were online. Drive 45 minutes to get there and not only are the vehicles not on the lot, they are not even built yet. Then I get told that the appraisal will not be happening due to the fact that it will not be accurate when the vehicles I wanted to look at actually do arrive. 1.5 hours of driving and gas wasted. Will say that the service department has always been spot on though so that brings the rating from 0 to a 3.
