I purchased my newly built home and took possession in January of 2020. After moving in the flooring had many gas bubbles that needed to be corrected. I contacted the builder and he immediately reached out to Milton Carpet to remedy the situation which took him several times in contacting them to come out. They finally came out and injected glue in the affected areas which seemed to fix the issue at that time. As an FYI, I am the only person who resides in my home and have no pets. It is now December of 2021 and as you can see by the picture, the flooring is buckling. I have the same issue starting in a bathroom. Now I am in a position to have the flooring replaced.

Awesome place, it does not look like much from the out side. One of the best flooring stores I have been in. They have alot, if not all of their products put down on the floor so you can actually see and feel the sample. Supper helpful staff, they were kind and patient. I got flooring from them for a room and will be going back to get more and finish out the house.

Purchased the refurbished home two years ago. Carpet started to buckle recently. Called Milton Carpets a number of time. Each time they promised to send someone out. No action. Finally called the gentleman who refurbished the home. He called them and they finally sent someone outto repair the carpet. They charged me $150 for 30 minutes work! Not happy with them!!!
