My 16-year-old son went into O’Reilly’s because his oil light was on. He asked Dewayne for help, who begrudgingly went to his car to check the oil. After discovering his oil was dangerously low, he told my son that he was surprised his car didn’t explode and walked away. My son had to follow him in to ask for guidance on adding oil to his car, and Dewayne treated him with utmost disrespect. I called to inquire about what happened, and Dewayne claimed to be the manager on duty…who then hung up on me because he didn’t like what I had to say. Horrible customer service in a small town. Will never return.

Only complaint I have is one of the workers there loves to complain and use a whole lot of profanity, even with customers in the building, can't remember his name but he apparently hates his job and likes to yell and cuss about it in front of customers.

He was very helpful on helping us get a refund on a bad battery we purchased 6 months ago and got stranded 2 hrs away on our way back home....

I was very satisfied with my experience at OReilly Auto Parts. Zach assisted me with my large order. He was helpful, friendly and courteous. I appreciated his advice on the parts I was buying. Zach helped me carry my order to my vehicle. I started shopping a this store in 2018. It has been my go to place for my automotive needs ever since.

Came to this location because I needed a battery replaced, the employee named Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me pick one out that matched my price range. I would hands down return to this location and ask for his assistance if I ever need another part.
