“Oct 5, 2023 I had the pleasure of once again going in to Hall's Ace Hardware in Milton, Fl looking for a solenoid for a lawn mower. I had made many stops that afternoon looking for this item and had no luck. Hall's had come through for me on many an occasion so maybe this is the day for repeats. The place for these parts is back in the garden section so after about a five-minute search I was giving up but before I could leave a man by the name of Master caught me and asked if he could help. We walked over to the isle that I was looking on and he explained they are hard to see and pulled the only one off the shelf, ours come in boxes. Unfortunately, this was not the one and Master asked if I could wait and let him check the computer at which time, he said they had 2 more and grabbed a ladder, he was on a mission. After moving that ladder to at least 4 different places he had to tell me that he could not find them and you could see he did not want say this. Master was not done yet, and told me of a small engine repair shop nearby only after telling me they could order it for me but I was needing it now. Any employee that tries so hard to help a customer find what they are looking for needs to be thanked. Brad N”

“Feels like and smells like that old time harware store. Everything you need is packed in here somewhere. Nice people here. I've gotten all the things I've needed here that I could not find somewhere else. Their Web site could use some help tho. They have more in the store than you can see on their Web site. Kinda like a Tardis ... lol still the same this year”
