Rented here for over 3 years. Unfortunately, Storage King bought out local owner & immediately started raising prices drastically. When I moved out, I discovered a leak in the roof had done thousands of dollars of damage to my items. I immediately showed local employee, who agreed leak had caused damage, but insurance (required with rental) would cover damages. The limit of insurance turned about to be $2,000. After more than 5 months of repeated emails & phone calls I have still not been paid by either the insurance or Storage King for damage from a leak in their building. Stay away.
