I am posting this review because I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality of work that this shop has shown. My husband took our family vehicle in to have his transmission serviced at which time instead of servicing it properly the truck was returned with a problem! On the interstate spewing out oil and puttering ! Truck taken back only to be told they done nothing wrong they could not find a problem. We decide to take the vehicle to Ford only to be confirmed and verified there was in fact a problem they overfilled the transmission fluid by 2qts plus what has already vented out the top. The kicker is now Ford has to set fluid to correct level and fix the problem that Patterson’s created! The most disturbing thing about this is when we originally picked up the vehicle we paid over $600 for a service that was not even rendered, but instead we paid for a problem that they created! May I also mention they agreed only to pay back half of the monies instead of reimbursing the full amount back!
My husband said let it go no sense in putting any energy into writing a review I say otherwise! I certainly would not want to see anyone else going thru this! It’s the principle of it and having good ethics!

Took an engine with a stuck pulley to them to get off that i had tried every way to do so. They pulled out a pneumatic impact and got it off in quite literally a second. The guy said I didnt have to pay for it since it was so simple, (I did anyhow though). He also offered me a rag to use after i lifted the engine out of our van. Nice courtesy there.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop! The owner is rude, unprofessional, DOES NOT provide updates on your vehicle in a timely manner, is dishonest, etc.
If you take your vehicle to this shop, YOU WILL BE sorry for that mistake!!!!!!!!

What can I say about this place if you need auto repair I mean affordable auto care this is it the whole staff very professional trying to help thank you very much for fixing my vehicle you will be the ones that I will go to have all my auto repairs done from now on .

I got a Uhaul and car tow. The gentleman who serviced me was helpful and kind. He assisted in the set up and guided me to have my car on the tow. I greatly appreciated his help.

Can say enough nice thing about Paul and all the staff at his shop. The quickest service and repair I've ever had. Pricing was fair and competitive with others and beat the pants of the local dealership for toyota. Great job and a great experience as well.
