Terrible serviceDavid the manager was rude and didn’t help at all.. I was told my account would be shut down and a check would be sent.. well after I withdrew my money David the manager tried to call the police but since I didn’t commit no crime they couldn’t do anything… I suggest this branch gets someone that actually knows what they’re doing… everytime I tried to call the branch the manager made up lies and put them in the computer for no one to speak with me so everytime I called they would just hang up…. I know I’m not the only person he has done this to.. you literally can’t call or talk with anyone over LIES!!!!!

Very difficult to reach a person to help you if you don't know what the name or extension is for the person. Navy Federal always has someone that answers the phone when you call them.

Don’t do it! This bank is fraudulent. MARK PADGETT oversees service members including Jen who speak to customers of 16 years in condescending manners. They have no regard or respect to their customers. I stated they are fraudulent due to their “courtesy pay agreements” that they have. They abuse them and their customers. They are charging people overdraft fees based off of “available balances”. Meaning pending charges that actually never go through, money that you may actually still have, this bank is charging fees based off that. They are fraudulently & taking peoples money. I get it, they have to make money some kind away. But abusing your customers is sad. $29 fee. I can understand a $10 fee or maybe a five dollar fee but $29 how do you come up with that? Meaning they will charge you 29$ for a 6 dollar charge.Digging people in holes that they cannot get out of. Abuse their customers. I am a traveling registered nurse of 10 years I’ve had an consistent income of over $200,000. Money is not the issue here, it’s the principal of the way that their technical systems work. The reason I experiences this is because I’m in the process of transferring all of my funds to a different financial institution and then this happened . The representatives are completely rude And have no regard to any concern that you may have. Here’s a screenshot to show you the fee that they charged. If I have $60 in my account and $37 is deducted why are you charging me a $29 fee?

Use another bank not pen air. Its not this location that's terrible it the company. Me and my family are having a hard time with money and they will not help us at all. We have called and was told to pay up or get lost. Most definitely switching banks to one that will give us the assistance for issues like the one we are having now.

Over the past few months this location workers have greatly improved on their customer service. Love the fact I can make a deposit at the ATM and it immediately be credited to my account. The app is s great way to keep up on many banking needs.

The manager David is very rude and unprofessionalClosed my account out and I’ve been banking with pen air for over 30 years with no issues until i ran into David at the Milton branch

I moved down her in Aug 1019 and opened an account with PenAir about 8 months ago. I was able to acquire an auto loan and i thought everything was going good until i fell victim to a scam. i agree i should have known better but i put a check into my savings account until PenAir said it was ok to cash it Once the bank ok'ed the check i cashed it then right after i cashed it PenAir said it bounced. as a result i ended with an overdraft for the amount of the check in my saving account. i have been working with PenAir to try to take care of this by making payments to my saving to cover this overdraft. PenAir stated that they are going to write this off but because of that my checking account will also be closed. my social security will be deposited into my savings account (the one they are going to write off) and i can access it from there by going to the bank and withdrawing my money which means i cannot pay any bills from this account. As a result i have to open another account with a different bank and once again set up payment arrangements with my bill collectors. this is ridiculous i should not have to go through this when i have been trying to make arrangements to cover this. granted this is partly my fault however as i have said the check would never have been cashed if the bank had not said it was ok so be careful what you put into the bank especially this one.

Love the Milton location. So helpful. They have always been super friendly.
